Much better than the factory speakers. Installed in a 2001 F150 Lariat Super Crew. Speakers were a direct bolt in. They make adapters to go to the factory speaker connection, my truck had apparently had aftermarket speakers at some point, so I just hard wired them in. If you have basic electrical knowledge doing this is very easy. If you buy the pigtails, its even easier. These are being powered by the KS9701 head unit also found on Amazon. This head unit pushes these speakers pretty decently, im not sure if they would handle an amp or not, the head unit claims to be 250W I believe, the box for these speakers claims they can handle up to 350W and are 35W RMS. This is a great value for the money, they hit a lot better hz range than the factory speakers that were originally in the truck. Im still in the break in period with them, so not sure how long they will hold up, but they look and feel well made. Be careful installing, I made a mistake and hit the cone of one with my door panel, cracking the cone. This is not the fault of the speaker, its the fault of the installer. Doesn't seem to have affected the sound produced by the speaker at all, but I bought an extra pair just in case that crack does cause issues down the road. Very clear vocals from these, and a lot better bass over stock.

Delivered on time. I replaced my factory speakers to these and they sound way better. Inexpensive and easy install.

Fits perfectly fine on my 2011 Ford F-150, the quality is decent for the price, the sound isn't Ll that high quality but it's better than stock.

You get what you pay for. They aren't bad if you are on a budget and you just want to hear the music. If you want to feel and enjoy the music, I would suggest spending the extra money and buying higher quality.

Wonderful, and very crystal clear sound! Worked in my 05 F150 looks very universal, had to add wiring ends to the wiring in my truck, other than that, easy as pie!

Installed 4 of these in a 02 ford taurus, ran them off the stock factory unit and definitely a noticeable difference, then installed a kenwood head unit that produces 22 rms, for the price these are solid still need time to season them and still doing several eq adjustments as they break in, will give a final edit later but so far pretty solid sound quality and volume for the price, I would never recommend these to anyone running a real 4 channel amp but for stock replacement with factory head unit or someone planning to run aftermarket head unit only these had the highest db sensitivity and lowest power handling requirement to be in the perfect range for head unit power only, the highs are a little sharp instead of low the tweeter wasn't the best design but price for value i have payed a lot more in the past and had way worse sound quality. I use to do Iasca SQ competitons so use I've heard and set up way better but not for this price range, Memphis use to have a line price point like this that out performed but they discontiuned them. but for just head unit power and low budget they exceed the price and value. If you put these on aftermarket head unit MAKE sure its one with a good solid 10+ band equalizer they take a lot of tweaking to clear out the mid-range to high range and avoid bleeding any frequency below 150 optimally 200 (it says it can handle it but the vibrations will dsitort the tweeter badly. Since stock head units generally don't produce enough RMS to even matter these play solidly on them without make tweaking. Amazing OEM replacements and really solid power range for on a head unit, I could not find a better quality speaker that didnt require twice what an aftermarket head unit can produce in order to be optimum so getting anything more expensive such as infinity kicker mb quart etc you will waste your money if you plan to run them on after market or stock head units. They will be severly under powered and will lack the proper volume to quality. I used the 6x8's for reference any other speaker size model I can't attest to but would imagine the result around the same.

I've noticed a few problems with these speakers already. In the month I've owned them the one I installed in the driver side rear of my truck has developed a pretty decent rattle /buzzing sound from the cone. They also peak very low and when just with normal listening to hip hop or metal music the volume cuts out by almost half when there's bass hits in the song. Maybe I got a bad set but I don't know because I ordered the 2 pairs option :/ but anyway I don't recommend anyone else to buy these and be disappointed in them like I am. They look nice, but aren't at all.
