Good for their value
The Hand Grips are very good, but there is one downside. I have quite a big hand and sometimes my skin gets stuck in the plate when I squeeze it, which is slightly uncomfortable, but in general, if I hold it below the plate, then it is alright, but not fully gripped by my hand.
