The perfect 2in1 idea, using just one plug socket (which there are too few of in my house!) I can charge both my phone and the battery pack while I’m at home and then I can just slide the battery pack out of the socket part, pop it into the little drawstring bag which it came with and take it with me when heading out for the day.I’ve only used it a few times so far as not had it for long, but I’ve found the battery pack holds a charge really well and it’s quick to recharge my phone while I’m out and about. It’s a great idea that works really well and at a great price too. I love it.

The idea of a portable charger with a plug is great. Saves a lot of hassle having to carry an extra cable. Not much bigger than a standard apple charger

Such a good idea to have a 2 in 1 charger. I use it as my main wall adapter whilst having the option to use it as a portable while around the house is perfect... charges phone fast and doesn’t take long to recharge the portable. Only downside I would find is that once you take the uk plug out, the two pins are exposed, would be nice if it had a cover, but it’s not that a big deal

Only 20% more expensive than Apple's 18w charger but you get loads more : a 12w USB charge port for devices that can't use the 18w USB-C, trickle charge setting for things like bluetooth ear pods, and it detaches from the plug to give you 5000mAh of portable charge - enough to fully charge an iPhone 11 from scratch. Like all Anker products it is well designed and compact (apart from the necessary UK 3-pin plug!) and appears to be robustly constructed. You even get a pouch to carry the portable charger around in. It's a pity the USB-C to Lightning lead (an extra) is a bit pricey.

I'm a big fan of Anker products. They are well made, well priced and innovative. This innocuous looking plug is a great example of the latter.When travelling the thing we all need is a plug for the hotel room and a powerpack while out and about. This combines the 2 in a relatively small package. I say relatively as the plug isn't the smallest but then it is also a power pack. The pack also isn't the most powerful (charging a phone fully only once really) but that's not even an issue for me.I love that it can charge 2 devices and even has a low power mode for headphones etc so it doesn't overload them. Very clever!So far so good, 2 birds with 1 portable stone. However this pack has managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. To be truly useful it should have different plug accessories included (or at least available to purchase) but it doesn't, only the UK plug supplied. That plug is removable which means other plugs are fitted for different markets. They made them interchangable but didn't supply them for international travel, DOH!Also when the UK plug is removed to make it easy to stick in a bag, the 2 metal connectors are left exposed. This could risk a short if stored in a rucksack with keys etc. A blanking plate here would have been the answer.So I love the idea, the design and the price but those plug adapters would have made it a killer product. I'd have even paid a bit more if they were available.So close Anker, so very close!

Really great product, a plug that's actually a battery too. Comes in really handy, when out and about or at work.Only complaint I would have is that it only charges my phone battery once before it needs recharging but that's only because my battery is quite a big one. Very happy with it.

I brought this as I needed both a fast charger for my phone and also a portable and this was just the thing I was looking for instead of buying two different items. I did see quite a few other reviews mentioning the UK adapter head being a bit bulky but went ahead with the purchase. However, now that I have it, I can say that it does detract from the sleekness of the brick. Unlike Anker's US plug version, the UK plug adapter doesn't fold in on itself. I would have preferred if they even sent a separate clean plastic block just so that when used as a portable charger the two prongs aren't protruding out. Otherwise, it would have been a 5-star product.
