This case is a bit extra. Heavy duty metal frame huge silicone insert the the phone sits in absorbs shock very well. Full glass screen protector.Down side. This case is super heavy and will pull your pants down. They don't tell you the back glass that covers camera has a thin plastic film that needs to be removed or how to do it safely, almost broke it figuring it out. And this isn't a snap on case you actually use screws to keep it in. The front glass is too thick so the finger print scanner is now unusable.All in all great protection for your phone but it is a hassle and a half.

The case is good and the screen protector does what it's supposed to do but I find that I have to press the phone into the case to hit the volume buttons because it's off just enough to where the silicone just bearly hits the buttons.I would give it a 5 if it wasn't for that issue but it's doing its job protecting the phone securely

I have a love hate relationship with this phone case. I bought it in November of 2020. I initially bought it because not even a year into owning my phone, I shattered the corner of my screen. I wanted a fully closed phone case to get me through at least the rest of the payments on my phone.This phone case is solid. Super solid. The screen is top notch. I've dropped it, dropped things on it, sat on it, got it wet, and have done almost every of obscure thing a clumsy person can do except for running it over. The screen also doesn't cha ge the sensitivity of using your phone. It's held up great. No scratches, cracks or anything. The rest of the case has also held up super nice. The cut outs for the charger and stuff are great, not too big, not to small and perfectly positioned. The button areas work as you would expect. There is no delay or anything. The case doesn't seem to muffle calls or music (or at least not enough where I've noticed).I only have a few teeny tiny issues.One. Popsockets will not stick to silicone. I ended up stabbing a hole in yhr silicone to accommodate my popsocket. It looks SUPER silly but it functions as needed (again, SUPER clumsy). The second issue is the screws do eventually loosen and fall out. I'm down to 5 or my 8 screws. I do periodically tighten them but I have chase two year old so I don't always notice they need it til it's gone.I bought a second case as a gift and I just ordered my third because I needed to change my case color and I lost more screws than I am personally comfortable with.TLDR:Great phone case that is worth thr money (especially for damaged screens) with minimal issues.

Ok, now let me start out by saying these cases are a LIFESAVER for someone like me, who literally drops anything she holds in her hands for more than 10 seconds. I have bought several of these cases in the past, and each time I know that as long as the case is intact, my phone (AND SCREEN!!) are protected. If the case breaks, I replace the case... cheaper than replacing a $1200 phone.My love for this case is actually the main "driver" for the 3 stars because the product itself is 10+.... but my order was not.I understand that you still have to make a profit off a returned item, but when my order arrived the product packaging was damaged (not from shipping)...That was the first bad sign.I proceeded to open the package and discovered the extra screws, the cloth, and whatever else comes with this is inside the case. OK, no biggie... EXCEPT!! There is no hex/allen key in the package to even get the case open. (If I had been a first-time buyer, I would have had to go buy a separate tool just to open this, that's not right). STRIKE TWOSo I grab my own personal allen key and proceed to open the case up, thinking maybe the key is inside. Not only is there no allen key inside the box what-so-ever, but the cloth looks used, and the rubber doesn't appear to be sealing correctly around the camera portion...SO... Needless to say, I packaged it back up the way it came and will be exchanging it. Hopefully I can come back and update my review after receiving a new product, not someone's half-a$$ed return.UPDATE:: Review changed from 3 stars to 5. My replacement arrived yesterday, and I am happy to state I received a brand new unopened product this time, and am super pleased once again.And yes as other reviews will tell confirm, you are likely to see small transparent dots on your screen from the glass on the case.. but it's nothing more than a minor nuisance, because I know my phone is protected from my accident prone self.

I liked everything about it, until screws starting falling out and I didn't know it. The screen protector was messed up by some chemicals making it hazy, and combined with the fingerprint reader not working, I had to remove it. That, combined with the screws falling out, allowed the phone to slip out of the front, and when it did, it fell about 6 inches, and shattered the screen in the top corner. The phone was still usable, until about 6 hours later, at that time, the phone gave up the ghost... If you buy this case, use thread lock medium strength. I would suggest keeping the screen protector that comes with your Samsung phone (if that is what you have) that owes the fingertip reader to work, and remove the screen protector that comes with the case. Do this if you like the fingertip reader. Just make sure that the screws are tight and locked down. If this case came with the screen protector that it currently has, and it worked with the fingerprint reader, it would be the best case of all time. I like the cases with the screen protector that is not stock to the phone, like this one. That , combined with a soft silicone inside, and the metal outside that is screwed together, provided that the screws stay locked down, combined to offer most possible protection that I've ever seen a case offer. The only thing that they could do to make it a little better, would be to make it waterproof for about 10 meters, and to put some added cushioning on the outside of the metal corners, just to soften the blow a little further. If it had all of those features, I would hands down vote this the best possible phone case that money could buy right now! I really did like this case until my phone fell out and quit working.

trabajo en taller de soldadura...y la verdad soy un poco distraído con el teléfono...este protector me resultó ideal protegerlo de casi todo lo que me rodé en el trabajo...un poco más robusto de lo que pensé....pero después de 15 días ya me.acostumbre...excelente producto
