California Costumes Cop Mustache

Used for a costume. Needed 1 hour adhesion. Great as long as no talking, started to come off as soon as the first smile.

I did have to trim the stache a little cause I am a woman and have no room for a normal one, but it was great. Last all night and the stick was super strong. Only had to use lash glue to restick twice max which is a big deal considering that another mustache I wore I CONSTANTLY had to be reapplying

Looks great ... in the picture. But in person, it's very flat (looks much fuller in the picture). Also, the tape doesn't stick well at all. And the tape doesn't extend to the edges so, when attached, the sides of the moustache don't curve with your face. I only needed this for a half hour or so and had to add duct tape to keep it in place for that time. I also found that duct tape and masking tape do not stick well to the fabric back. So it was still tough to keep in place. :-(

The mustache was delivered quick. The 'stache is of great quality, however it needed to be trimmed to take on a more natural look. My biggest disappointment with it was the "sticky" tabs. There are two small tabs meant to hold it on you face. Mine fell off about 2-3 minutes later. At first they seemed to be sufficient, but alas the sweat became too much. Although the 'stache is made of durable material, it will not stick for long and forget aboutultiple uses. Perhaps some mask/costume glue would do the trick?

My husband wore this for Halloween with a great mullet wig. It did stick to his face without much effort and it did stay there the entire night. He was eating and drinking around it, too. I would have some adhesive ready to stick it back on though because it was "iffy" by the end of the night. It is very full- exactly as pictured.

This mustache thought it was going to be a cop mustache, BUT NO. It had a much, much brighter future awaiting it.In order to bring this 'stache to its full potential, it had to be trimmed. Trimming a fake mustache isn't easy, but remember: "Taking on a challenge is a lot like riding a horse, isn't it? If you're comfortable while you're doing it, you're probably doing it wrong."Once trimmed, the newly manicured manly mustache, heavy-on-the-macho-but-hold-the-misogyny-on-these-hairy-nachos, was READY. It met fate in all its glory and became the perfect centerpiece in my Ted Lasso costume."It's kind of like back in the '80s when 'bad' meant 'good.' "FIVE. STARS.

Looks great on

It looks pretty much like it does in the picture. Same size, general shape, and color. The adhesive was terrible tho. I shaved real close just before I used it so that shouldn't have affected it. I just could not get it to stay on for more than about 5 minutes at a time, and even that was a struggle. After a while of having to keep pressing it back on it just stopped sticking all together. Didn't even come close to making it through one night. If you had another form of adhesive it could work, but don't count on it sticking on its own.
