Works great and I use it for so many things..Updated...so got to update this review... though it did work great the first few times I used it... but now it won't hold the bottom pan at all after only using it a few times... and has gaps around it so everything seeps out making a big mess... Big disappointment😕 don't know if you can see the light coming through on the pics I provided

Great pan! I used it for the first time in my instant Pot to make a cheesecake and it did not leak. I love this pan. I have the Instant Pot IP-DUO60 7-in-1 Multi-Functional Pressure Cooker, 6Qt/1000W and purchased the 7-inch Springform Pan. This is the size springform pan that fits perfectly in the model Instant Pot I purchased.UPDATED REVIEW: Serious concerns over safety issues. I must change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. After using this pan in my Instant Pot 5 times, I noticed that the paint has been eroding away on the rolled edge of the pan. I hand wash pan and wipe with a sponge, never put in dishwasher. No chipping of paint has occurred. It has been an eroding away process that I never noticed until I cleaned the pan after using it last night.UPDATE: I was contacted by seller who has offered excellent customer service: a full refund for purchase price and is making every effort to rectify the paint issue with this pan. It is a perfect pan if the paint problem is handled.

LEAK!!! As soon as I received this I was excited because I am planning on making egg quiches in the instant pot for quick grab meals, I wanted to test out how well the seal is on the bottom so I filled a sink with water and pushed the bottom down just a little and I got an instant pan full of water. I mean it wasn't even a slow leak, the water basically flowed in like nothing. I held the pan up to the light and I could actually see light coming through where the water was coming in. I am DISAPPOINTED and I hope the seller lets their manufacturers in china know about this issue so they can fix it. Instant RETURN!

I had this for such a long time now & I had made beautiful cheesecakes using this pan. It’s a good 7” inch round & it can fit in 6qt & 8 qt instant pots. I have a 6qt ultra & every ip person should have a springform pan for their instant pot & this is a good one. I love making multiple cheesecakes so I had to get another one so I can make a New York style cheesecake & a chocolate cheesecake. This works well put if you want to get the cheesecake out of pan, you have to get a round Parchment paper for it so that you can get it out easily w/o the hassle of taking the bottom pan w/ you. With the parchment paper, it easily slides off & that’s why I love this nonstick springform pan. I have been using this for so long & I had it for over a yr now. I got so many uses out of this especially when I don’t want to make a huge cheesecake & just make good 7” cheesecake for a family of two. Wonderful deal & an asset for your IP. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 out of 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Yes 5 out of 5 stars. One of the best I ever got for my IP. I strongly recommend this👍🏻☺️👍🏻

I like the pan. It works well. One big caveat, however... The tray part of the pan has a small (about 1/16") lip on it. The tray may be used with the lip in the up position or the down position. I strongly suggest putting it in the down position so your cheesecake or whatever you cook in it can slide off the tray easily. Otherwise you have to pry whatever you're cooking over the lip to extract it from the tray.

Works perfectly in my Instant Pot. Did not leak and was exactly what I had hoped for in making cheesecake. Will use it for lasagna also.

I bought 2 to make 3-tiered cakes. They make it easy to keep layers in rotation in the kitchen & are the perfect size for artisan-style baking. Whether the preferred style for cooling is turning out or using the latch, these pans work like a charm, especially if the extra step of lightly oiling the bottom & cutting a circle of parchment paper to fit the inner diameter of the pan to fit is taken. To celebrate Independence Day, because I like a challenge, & because I follow a paleo lifestyle, I decided to make a grain-free, gluten-free, & dairy-free, red, white, & blue, fireworks-inspired cake to take to a meeting the following day. The original plan did NOT work out ~ except for the cakes! The rest was, "Fly by the seat of your pants."

I used these to make a homemade carrot cake for a birthday dinner. The batter was super dense with added, shredded carrots, pineapple, nuts, golden raisins and coconut and the equivalent of 2 boxes of cake mix. I knew all this heavy, heavy batter would not fit in regular cake pans and so I used these and they worked so beautifully. They are super non-stick and so well made. The opening/closing mechanisms are well designed and sturdy. My pans came with parchment paper liners which I used but the sides did not stick and my cakes came our perfectly. These should last years. Very happy with this purchase.
