THESE LIDS DO NOT FIT! I found this out too late to return and am not happy. Representation is WRONG
The lid does not fit even though the seller has indicated that this is the lid for this product.My husband couldn't get the lid on either....unfortunately I didn't check this until it was toolate to return....now I am stuck with lids that don't fit and containers without a lid......

Great but seemingly forever out of stock
I love these lids and ordered the remaining 2 available at the time, expecting them to come back in stock eventually... so far it seems that may never happen! here's hoping they do as I need 3 more

Size problem fixed!
First off, three stars because I had to figure this out on my own. Why isn’t the company chiming in here?I’ve bought two of these (plus two bins) thinking mine was warped. Nope. Still not fitting with the second set (and they are made by the same company FOR the unit bought). The plastic lid is slightly too small and pops up on one end.Well, I got the brilliant idea that it’s plastic, and stiff. So I soaked it in hot water, not boiling but close. And voila, the lid snapped closed. Only took me a year to figure it out.

Same problem as other buyers...UPDATE:
I should have read ALL the reviews on this lid. I purchased an eight quart container. This lid was advertised by the same manufacturer of the container to fit their 6 to 8 quart containers. Sounded a bit strange unless it is very elastic...IT is not. This lid might fit a 10 or 12 quart container but, on the 8 quart it just sits on top until it is bumped and slides off onto the floor. I would have thought that I got a bad lid until I read the reviews and found out that evidently, the manufacturer has no idea what lid fits what container. Too much hassle to return. Will not order again!09/21/24 update: Since the originally shipped red "6 to 8 quart " lid does not fit the 8 quart container,I thought I would roll the dice and order again. When I pull up the same lid that I have, I find that the price has doubled! I have NO idea what kind of a "GAME" Carlile is playing here but, I FOLD! I'LL find a different brand to throw my money at.

These lids don’t fit the containers they are supposed to fit. They are too small and just pop off immediately no matter how you try to push and keep them on.
