Delivered with bent legs and unsafe after only ten days of use, also support bars are poor quality
I am very upset with the quality of this bed. It was delivered with the main support legs pipe piece at the head of the bed bent. Now the bend has gotten so bad on the legs the entire head of the bed is on the verge of collapsing. We’ve only had it up for about ten days. Also, the bars that hold the mattress up have bent where my daughter lies down and she is just small. My brother in law bought this for my daughter as a gift. We are so disappointed. Please have the company contact us to replace these parts. Otherwise we’ll have to throw this brand new bed in the garbage.
