Excellent purchase
I've invested in multiple hub devices in the past weeks. I purchased this one for my Windows laptop and a full-size hub for my PC. The small factor really makes this option a viable one for portability and sleekness.Type C was the best feature for future-proofing. Ethernet port comes in handy if my built-in laptop one breaks, which has happened in the past.I purchased a gray ones and it looks very sleek, and it's cool to the touch. It has rubber grips on top and bottom of the device, meant to fit underneath you laptop and prop it up. I didn't use it for that, but the ripper kept it from slipping on most surfaces.In conclusion, I found it a very good value for your money, with a good build quality.

Does everything, really!
This dock is perfection. It has all the ports I need, and then some! VGA and HDMI video outputs, three USB-A and one USB-C data ports plus an RJ-45 ethernet jack, SD and TF card readers, and a headphone jack, all off of one USB-C port! It is strong, sturdy metal bodied, with built-in cable management to keep it neat and tidy. By far, the best dock I've ever used.

Slim, portable, quality dock
I was in search for a USB-C dock for both my razor laptop, and my work thinkpad. I decided to try this one and the Choetech 15-1. If you don't need that many monitor outputs, I would go with this one, otherwise choose the 15-1. This unit does not require an extra power adapter as well, which suits it as more portable than the 15-1.USB-A - 3USB-C - 1VGA - 1HDMI - 1SD - 1GB Ethernet - 13.5MM - 1One nice feature I didn't realize until I received the unit is it has a slight angle, which is perfect for setting under the laptop and allowing for better airflow. Overall great portable unit that I'll keep in my laptop bag with me.

Works nicely on pc and Samsung Dex
Everything works flawlessly through one single USB C for my PC. Its a hassle to reach around so i can leave this on top without worrying a quake will rock it off. Really this was for my Note 20 ultra to use a KB and mouse. Everything is PnP, RJ45 (ethernet) transfered at 550Mbps so I assume it can do gigabit speeds. Its more stable than my onboard RJ45. It stows away easily with the cable clipping into the beautiful aluminum body. One thing to note is the microsd is to be inserted upside down vs the SD card. Saves a PCB i guess. Wireless Dex is nice but that's a bunch of things I'd need to buy to support it.

All in one!
The quality really nice it’s a solid built.You can take it anywhere and it’s all in one nothing to worry about whenever I am in an event even the DJ borrowed it from me to emergency attaching the video sounds. I really love it the color also match with my MacBook!

Excellent quality and versatile product
I just got this awesome USB C hub in today. First impression is excellent build quality with solid aluminum design and well thought out cord retention. I love how this is thin yet has all the ports you could want from vga, hmdi, ethernet, USB 3.0. You couldn't ask for a better quality and well designed product!!

Nice hub, but does not support Multi Display Extended mode for VGA and HDMI!
I have 2 external displays connected to this hub (One vga and the other hdmi) but it only extends to one display and mirrors to the other one. The whole reason I purchased this hub is to have the use of both my external monitors as extended screens. The product description says it extends to 2 displays which isn't the case for me. Other than that major issue I like this hub.The Good: * Well Built * has every port you can possibly need. USB-A, Ethernet, VGA, SD, HDMI, 3.5mm jack, and another USB-C port. * Stylish, matches the color of my macbook * Functions as an actual dock, where you can place your macbook on top of the actual hub and plug everything in from the back. which eliminates clutter

Second One in a Few Months That HDMI and USB-C Ports Have Just Stopped Working
I use this with an HP laptop. I replaced one that stopped finding my graphics monitor within days of getting it.Now, after 4 months the replacement one day decided to not find my HDMI display monitor. In case it was the monitor, I have plugged the monitor directly into the PC via a USB-C/HDMI adapter and that works perfectly. When I move the same verified working USB-C/HDMI adapter over to this docking station and try to just plug into a USB-C port on the hub, the monitor does not come on. Clearly, there I something not working on my docking station that it cannot recognize my HDMI signal and pass it through to the PC.Update: I CALLED THE MANUFACTURER/DISTRIBUTOR ABOUT WARRANTY AND ALL I GOT WAS A ROBO ANSWERING SYSTEM THAT STATED IT WANTED TO "FIRST" ASK A "BRIEF" SURVEY - THIS SYSTEM WANTED TO ASK ME MY AGE (1 for yest. 2 for no) AND THE QUESTIONS WENT ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND ON - TRYING TO SELL ME STUFF AND GIVE THEM GREAT MAILING LIST DATA. Never got to customer service, as I finally hung up. Think I am calling this one a write off.

Failed after two months
SD card port stopped working after two months and corrupted the files, causing me to lose all my photos from a shoot. Steer clear.

Es prácticamente un dock station, splitter, hub, soporta Samsung DEX
La verdad es que vale cada centavo que inviertes en un producto como este, hay calidad por donde se le vea, los materiales son de primera, por supuesto aluminio en la carcaza que ayuda a disipar el calor, con detalles de goma en ambas caras para evitar que resbale o rayar el equipo.Infinidad de puertos, todos de alta velocidad, 2 puertos USB tipo c, uno de ellos soporta power delivery y así no sacrificar el puerto de la Chromebook, MacBook, smarphone, etc... puerto ethernet, salida de audio, en fin muy completa.Por cierto, me llamó la atencion que es posible usar el hub como splitter, es decir puedes sacar la señal de video de una laptop o celular y enviarla al mismo tiempo a un par de monitores, uno de ellos con HDMI y el otro con cable VGA, además soporta el modo DEX que tienen algunos smartphones de la marca Samsung.

Plenty of ports, super hot after a while (edited)
Changing my ratings for the product and giving some praise to the customer service. It was indeed a defective unit, the new one is working super fine.---So I'm not sure if it was just my unit but it got hot pretty fast.It does have plenty of ports and it's pretty convenient as a dock but the overheat became a problem to me. Maybe it was just my unit but I did return it. Just didn't want to risk it!

Well Priced and Well Built Docking Station
Overall this is a great product. Used with a Lenovo T series and a Macbook Pro. No issues whatsoever, both had full charge possible.Pros:- Fair price when you consider the number of ports- Great build quality, the rubber footings are a nice touch and the packaging was stellar- All ports worked well and as expected- Shipping was very fastCons:- None at all, just consider if you need the port selection as there are more affordable variants for smaller docking stationsOverall I would recommend this to anyone. It's a one dock solution to a great desktop setup. Buy!
