Have not used extensively yet it has already provided useful readings on a number of fluids ranging from tap water to highly concentrated acidic and alkaline solutions.

Got this TDS for a great Cyber Monday sale and I needed one anyway, my order one battery went out and that one is non replaceable battery. 1st thing I like about this one is a replaceable 2032 battery and cool that they give you an extra battery, just that extra customer service. I just use it to test my bottle water I go and get make sure it's always under 50. My water in the house in Phoenix AZ is 556 and with the Moen carbon filter it's still putting out 465. Easy to use, easy to read and I just happen to like the baby/green body color. Nice to have around to test your water. 5 star for the Meter, but 3 stars cause it is made in China, for a 4 star review.

Great item to check on the quality and purity of your drinking water for TDS ( Total Dissolve Solids ). I used it to compare my tap water, before filtered, to my filtered water. There was an improvement to the filtered water. This also helps you know if your filter is working the way its supposed too. This tester helps to reassure you for the quality of the water you are drinking and give you a peace of mind. Very easy to use and came with an extra battery. I also like the color and its interesting to use. I would highly recommend this tester.

The TDS meter was super easy to use, and was accurate, and consistent. I used it to measure feeding solutions for my plants, and to check the total desolved solids in the runoff for each plant as well.I used it successfully to grow 3 plants to maturity, and three more plants to the middle of their lifespan. One day two weeks ago, I used it to measure the TDS in 3 separate gallons of water before feeding them. No problems. After collecting the runoff sample from the first of 3 plants; everything worked fine. I rinsed and cleaned it after turning it off, then put the cap back on until I was ready to use it for the second plant. When I was ready, I turned it on and the screen was completely red. No numbers, nothing displayed at all, just a red screen.I tried pressing the Clear button, but nothing happened. I tried turning it off, but nothing happens when I press the power button. Just a blank red screen. None of the buttons seem to do anything, so I removed the battery and it turned off. I waited a minute and put the battery back in and the screen was immediately red and blank. Again, none of the buttons work, and the only way to turn it off is to take out the battery.I used this TDS meter for approximately 4 months without issue. Then one minute it was working, and the next it wasn’t. No warning signs or issues noted. It just stopped working one day after having been working just fine. 🤷‍♂️

We bought the water tester to check our filters on the r/o system. Instead of randomly changing the filters, the water tester gave us an accurate read of the water. Also, the tap water was tested, which gave us a good idea on the safeness of our r/o water. Very easy to use and quite a good item to have on hand!

I love this meter. I take it eveywhere.
