It works, there is power behind the water jet, it comes with different tools including toothbrushes.
I got more than I expected it is quite powerful( don’t put it on your tongue it will bruise). It really cleans all the food from inside your mouth. I normally brush my teeth first then use this to remove anything I’ve missed. When I travel I take this with me. I can honestly say it has made a difference to my oral hygiene and am disappointed in myself for not buying one sooner.

Cordless Water Flosser
Larger and heavier than the one it replaced, which I'm not keen on. The water reservoir is also larger than the old one, which itself was bigger than I ever needed. Five different pressures, so good choice. Rechargeable battery runs out very quickly.
