I Like This Chair - Very Comfortable
This is one slick good looking comfortable chair that ships in two boxes. You might think one box holds the chair and the other holds the ottoman; not so. The parts for each, chair and ottoman are distributed between both boxes. One note worth mentioning which others have talked about -- no assembly instructions are included.I went to the Mcombo website and while they have instructions for everything from chicken coops to tents they didn't have instructions for this particular recliner model (as of 12/2020 anyway). They had something kinda sorta close, and between that, pictures on the shipping box and my "vast mechanical experience", I had the entire thing unboxed (two boxes) and assembled in a little under an hour. The hardware includes two hex wrenches and a flat steel 13mm wrench along with bolts and nuts. If you have a 13mm socket, I suggest breaking it out and using that instead of the little flat 13mm wrench. There are only two places you need that 13mm and that is for the two nuts and bolts that secure the back cushion to the base. Those nuts and bolts are an integral part of the preassembled reclining mech. I also put a small dab of lubriplate on those two bolts. Those two bolts are the only items I lubed. I would not suggest putting any lube on the rotating base or in the roller housings. If you do, that base and integral rollers are apt to gather dust and grit (especially if the chair is on a carpet which mine is) over time and muck up the works; clean and dry should work the best for that swivel assembly. Also, make sure all the screws on the roller housing for the swivel base are nice and tightThe chair swivel base, seat cushion and recliner mech lever assembly are preassembled. One tip; as you begin to assemble the chair tighten all existing screws.By that, I mean the screws that are already in place such as frame screws, swivel base screws, and any that you come across that you didn't install yourself; most of them needed to be tighter and it's a lot easier doing this as you assemble the chair as you will have it in different positions which makes for easy access. As far as comfort goes, WOW! ... very nice. The vibrating feature is great with many choices, five intensity levels, and nine vibration patterns that pulse in various sequences and durations, to select from. Three separate sections vibrate. You can also overide the pattern selections and have one, two or all three vibrators be continuous. The picture does not do the Brown color justice. It is a rich chocolate color.

UPDATE: Comfy Chair - BAD Electrical Wires
Assembly took me about an hour plus, There are tricky screw placements. It's a comfy chair and I am 5'-10" and it easily fits my frame. After a few weeks of occasional use, it stopped working. The three sets of wires had been crushed, disconnected, or damaged simply by moving the chair a few inches occasionally. The sheathing on the wires is paper-thin and will not hold up. I attempted to resplice the broken wires (using WireGaurd Wire Connectors) to make it work again, but this is a shoddy electrical design. Even with my fixing of the wires, only 4 of the 6 massage pads work now. There should be a thick sheath over ALL wires.I placed the main wire under a rug for protection. If the wires break again, I will NOT fix it!UPDATE: The company sent me a new back, but that is not the problem. The wires are all too thin and break under the weight of the chair. I respliced them all but now the seat doesn't work. They don't understand that the wires ALL need to be the thickness of the remote wire (@1/4" thick). Good for sitting - bad for massage. I feel misled and wasted my money.I bought some sheathing and placed the electrical wires in it under a rug. I also taped the other wires to the bottom of the chairs so that dragging the chair would not damage the thin wires again. The company sent me a new chair back and an electrical plug, which was generous but still a hassle. The wires are just too thin.

Well Made Chair
The chair arrived in two boxes. The ottoman was very easy to assemble and the chair was generally easy to assemble. Positioning the arm rest to thread the screws was a little difficult since it was a tight fit into the chair. That is very nitpicky though.Overall the chair is quite sturdy once assembled and rotates well. The hardware connections to the chair themselves look of solid make with steel plates and metal inset threads. As a larger guy who likes to lean back and break his chairs I think this will last the test of time.My wife enjoyed the massage function and I was worried she would lay claim to the chair. The cat also loved it and l climbed right up the side immediately. The fabric looked none the worse for wear which is why I went for the fabric chair in the first place. Also I found the chair comfortable and gave me a lot of support for doing some of my hobby painting. I am 6' 1" and 230 Lbs so I was very happy that the chair was not too small for me.I am very happy with my purchase.

Didn't last. Vinyl peeling away from backing.
First the good news. Bought two years ago. Relatively easy to assemble. Looked good. Sits well. Now the bad news. Large areas of "Leather-like vinyl" began to peel away from backing in area of headrest. After some negotiation and admittedly well outside warranty window, Seller agreed to replace back of chair. That said, vinyl is now peeling in area of left armrest. Too much money spent for only 2 years of service. Would not buy again.
