I have tried to increase the ram on my Acer Aspire laptop before with no success. I ordered 8GB of ram using the 'Crucial' downloaded tool, which analyses the motherboard to see what type of memory you need. The ram they sent me didn't work. Laptop wouldn't boot up after installing. I bought this RASALAS ram and after fitting it the laptop booted up no problem. I now have a very welcome 12GB of ram installed. Absolutely delighted considering the price. Definitely recommended.

The product and delivery were fine but no matter what combination I tried, I could not get all 16Gb to be recognised. I have since done a lot or research and whilst on paper the memory should work, it is incompatible so I will need to get from elsewhere, there was no quibble with the return and refund. I have put three stars against gaming but to be honest, without some context I don't really understand the question - is it suitable for a gaming machine - it might be - but that also relies on the processor, the graphics card, the hard drive access speed and potentially even your broadband speed....

This allowed me to upgrade my Acer Aspire One 722 past the supposed 4GB limit of the AMD c-50/c-60 CPU. Installed and working with 8GB.Installation was easy enough. A single screw holds the bottom plastic in place and it slides back and lifts up exposing the harddisk and memory slot. Standard SODIMM, press the metal tabs, the old memory pops up and lifts out. The new RAM slides in and presses down to a click. Replace cover and screw, and power on.To make use of the full 8GB you will need a 64bit version of Windows. My 722 only came installed with a 32bit version of Windows 7, so I had to reinstall Windows 7 with a 64bit version.. Linux Mint 64bit was also tested and worked exceptionally well with 8GB of RAM.Great price and easy upgrade for an aging machine.

I bought this ram to upgrade an older chromebox I use as a second workstation. The two sticks of 8GB of ram arrived as advertised, were easy to install in place of the original 2GB sticks and booted up without issue. No complaints, exactly as expected!

Afin de mettre à jour le système d'un ancien pc resté en windows 7, je suis très satisfait de voir qu'il est encore possible de trouver de la ram ddr3 neuve et de qualité. Grâce à ce vendeur, j'ai pu installer windows 11 sur un pc de 15 ans. Le résultat est bleufant car il possédait une ram de 2 et une de 1 GB donc un nombre imper, ce qui n'est pas le mieux pour avoir un fonctionnement fluide. Avec ces 2 de 4 GB reçu rapidement, c'est vraiment parfait, le pc portable a un système qui tourne en duo chanel et démarre facilement.

Nada más recibirlo, lo he instalado (instalación muy fácil), y funciona correctamente. Buen precio y servicio.
