nice product
I like the ball but it was hard to take the stob out to inflate, the even harder to put back in after tube taken out, it still came out a nice ball...

Great for what I needed
I really needed this for a program I was doing. It's great for all sort of core exercises. As a larger girl who is currently in the process of losing weight, this helps so much with set ups. Highly recommend. Although it didn't come with any instructions on how to inflate. Just a deflated ball and a straw.

No valve
This has no valve and comes with a straw to blow it up with, so it’s impossible to inflate properly. Most of the air is out of the ball by the time you can get the plug in, even if you immediately put your finger over the hole. We haven’t been able to get it inflated all the way so it’s not going to be of much use for the exercises I had in mind, pretty much just a piece of garbage.

Missing piece
The small plastic piece that attaches to the stem and Ballas missing.

Use for excercise-Easy to blow up through the straw. Difficult transition from straw to plug. Slippery with any dampness from sweating.
