I loved this book and there is just something about Harloe Rae's writing style I enjoy so much. The chemistry between Ford & Keegan was instant and for all to see from the moment they met. The banter between them was hilarious. The friendship between Ford & Millie was so special and she made Ford look at things differently. This book had me laughing one minute and crying the next.A must read!!

Another amazing read from Harloe ❤️
I am already a fan of Harloe Rae’s books, and this one is certainly no exception. I loved Ford (Crawford,) Keegan and Millie. Ford comes across as a rude, sometimes obnoxious, mysterious and misunderstood loner, who after meeting a woman and her daughter on the side of the road, decides that maybe he doesn’t want to spend all of his time alone anymore. Keegan is a strong, independent single mum, who only wants what is best for her daughter, no matter the cost to herself. The chemistry between Ford & Keegan was instant and apparent from the moment they met. The banter between them was hilarious. The friendship between Ford & Millie was so special and sweet. This book had me laughing one minute and crying the next. I highly recommend this as a must read.

Such a heartwarming story
If you like small town, heat, and a sassy kid, this is the one for you! It was lovely how Millie was the first one to really have an impact on Ford, encouraging him to broaden his horizons, and how all of them grew stronger together.

Small town strangers
Thoughts: This book had me blushing, crying and cursing out some characters. I felt this book had a bigger meaning behind it; that meaning is being brave in the face of darkness and never letting words of others crush you and ruin your life, that you are bigger and better than any words anyone has to say. The characters in this book are amazing thought you. You can picture every person and the gorgeous town of Silo Springs. This author is an amazing write and I will 100% be reading more of he books!About: Crawford a lonely man hiding away in his garage and staying as far away from society as he can. Keegan a mother to a gorgeous daughter but has a whole sleeve of heart ache and trust issues. When they has a chance in counter do they set each other’s world of fire? He has a cold demeanour, she has a bright spark. Can Keegan change him for the better? Or does it all go up in smoke? This book has some Smokey scenes that will have you blushing, but also heart wrenching!

3.5 Stars
3.5*I really enjoyed this. Ford is the bad boy, motorcycle riding moody guy who meets Keegan, a single mum with a sweetheart for a little girl called Millie. The push and pull between Keegan and Crawford kept me hooked. Even when I wanted to shake one or both of them for not letting their walls down.If you like small town romances with intriguing characters, sassy little kids and side characters you certainly want to know more about (looking at you Josie and Grant) then Loner might be the book you need.I was given an advance copy of this on behalf of the author and I volunteered to leave an unbiased.
