The replacement ink pads came in individual packages with an instruction sheet. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The ink pad had a white plastic easy to remove cover that protects the ink pad until you insert it into the stamp. And can be used to cover the old pad. Better than shrink wrap.Works well.

I like the idea of blocking out my name & address info on mail or documents I am throwing away or recycling. The thing I don't like is the ink doesn't last as long as I think it should.

I use this stamp refill to mark over all identifying info before recycling mail. Instructions for replacing ink pad are easy and useful.

While the product is pretty well made and functions good, the item is not as stated in the webpage on Smile.amazon.com In the description of the item quote 'ink pad lasts for approx. 1000 stamps, replacement pads included. The reason I purchased this item was because it stated 'replacement pads included.There are no replacement pads with this item. I'm very disappointed.
