I ordered a large for my average to small size (25lb) french bulldog. I wish I had ordered an XL. This one fits, but if she grows ANY it won't. So, if you are ordering for a frenchie, order up.It does stretch a bit for ease putting on which I appreciate and didn't expect as much. LOVE that.Has a metal loop attached for a leash that I probably will not use. It just doesn't seem like a good makeshift harness for her. Even though it's fitted snug, I feel like her harness would definitely be better. Seeing how it is snug I can put her harness over it if I needed to. So, it just kind of looks like a decoration to me.The top side is long enough to go all of the way to her tail and the under side is fitted pretty nicely on the belly too. A size bigger would have been a bit long over the tail, but probably just fine and belly would have been perfectly good too.It's a nice, soft fleece and feels good. I have not washed it yet... I suspect it will not last a long time, but I also don't expect it to last forever at this price point.Overall I am very pleasantly surprised and happy with this! If you need an inexpensive sweater to keep your dog warm, this is the perfect one.

I bought this for my Daisy when she gets a haircut. She's shivers until her hair grows in some. I have bought other types but she never wanted to wear them. When I put this on she loved it. I bought her a large. She is about 13 lbs. It's slightly big around the legs but fits her chubby belly. It is long bodied.

I love these little sweater vests for my two Boston Terriers. I've bought many different colors of these sweaters and they all look great, they're priced sensibly, they're soft yet durable, and they're very easy to quick-dress some excited pups for a walk on a cool day. They're not the warmest, but they work for outdoor activities on nippy-but-not-too-cool days. My Bostons look very dapper in their velour sweater vests.

Very cute and awsome quality but it was just so much smaller then I thought it would be.

I really like these sweaters for the quality and price. The only downside for my puppy (15lb maltipoo mix) is she’s in between medium and large. Large fits her chest, but medium is a better length. I ended up going with the large.

I have two small rescue dogs and bought two fleece sweaters for them. I measured their chest and believed that I ordered the right sizes. (One Small and One Medium.) The Medium fits a little loosely and runs very long almost over the tail. And then the Size Small one runs so tight, short and tiny!! I imagined it to be just a little smaller than the medium but it is twice as small, runs super tight around my 8 lb dogs's chest and also half the length (very short) on the back - like a crop top!I didn't have the patience to return the size Small (as I had already sent back an XS.) It's a great fleece dog sweater if they got the sizing correctly. I still like the happy color and it's easy to put leashes on.Be mindful of the sizing and go up one size and don't expect it to fit perfectly.

I have a hard time finding a good fit for my barrel chested Italian Greyhound mix. These are great. He's 20 lbs and wears an XL. He has one in red, blue, green and gray and wears them all the time in the winter months!

I was looking for a sweater that my dog could wear as pajamas at night (she has short legs and sleaves of pajamas were too long on her). I also wanted a fleece that might not stretch out as much as a knit sweater. While this fits her fairly well in the chest, the leg openings are large/loose enough that when she curled up in her bed, she evidently got her feet inside the sweater and then somehow got out of it on her own in the middle of the night. I don't want her to potentially get trapped in it while I'm asleep, so I'm instead now using it as a layer under her harness on cold walks. She's excited to put it on knowing it means walks. I'm not sure I'd trust the built in leash hook of this sweater because my dog is a puller when she sees other dogs, so I'd rather trust the harness.

I used the size guide measurements and read the reviews.I ordered a size large blue vest for my 7kg male Jack Russell and it fits perfectly. It also looks good.Even though it is not the 'half stretch' type, there is some stretch in the fabric.My dog is very happy wearing it from day 1.

Good fit and looks warm and they sleep with it fine. My frenchies 12kg ,15kg and got size XL fits good on 15kg but bit bigger for12kg.But think not a big issue.Glad i bought this product.

Not what i expected. For a start its clear in colour and at the moment is over a month late on arrival. Cant recommend this product
