These are good quality tubes, but they are too tall for then Green Guardhouse Dime boxes. If you aren't using a Guardhouse Box, definitely get them.

Sturdy high quality containers at a reasonable price. The lids stay on tight! With 50 dimes in the container, there is still some extra space. If rattling is undesired, some padding will be required. I would not call these air tight, but darn close to it. Could easily be made air tight with a little inert grease applied to the flange area. I've added a picture to show the locating pins that keep the lid on perfectly straight and the sealing lip.

This works on circulated dimes but does not work on .999 silver dimes

They hold 50 dimes well with a little space at the top. Very sturdy.They fit 18650 Lithium-ion batteries perfectly!
