Really Happy, Works Great, Easy Install
Great price for nice product. I'd put off replacing my old sagging rod because most replacements were pricey, so I was really pleased to come across this one. I have a 1940s vintage mint green bathroom, and black accents look good with the green, so finding this couldn't have worked out better. I used the old rod as the template to cut down the new one, which resulted in a piece that was about an inch long, but somehow when I installed it, I didn't need that tiny section, so that was good. I kept thinking there should be some way to make the rod where you wouldn't have a little piece of rod like that, but it ended up just right in the end. I also used the following products to make installation easy.Pipe Cutter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001P307PO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1And this down rod for support: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VT1FVMZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Although the installed rod seemed really sturdy without it, I wanted to be safe since people hanging clothing and towels on the old rod is what made it sag. Anyway, the color of the down rod matches really well, even though its description says it's bronze. I was prepared to paint it black but it wasn't necessary. I feel really good about this whole project. A small change made a huge improvement.

Works as intended
We have a tub/shower combo that is only walled on 2 sides, so this was a great solution for our issue in finding a suitable shower curtain rod. The materials are relatively sturdy. There are a few challenges to be aware of. First, the kit is designed in a way that virtually requires cutting one of the poles to get it to the right size for your shower. I didn't realize this initially and had to go hunting for a hacksaw to modify the kit accordingly.Second, the L joint will start to sag over time. This shower kit does not include a cable support or anything to suspend the joint from the ceiling. And the poles are inserted into receivers on the ends which only hold the poles in place with a single locking screw that uses compression by turning the screw into the pole using the hex allen wrench provided. It works, but over time the weight of a curtain moving back & forth over the rods will cause sagging where the L joint is as the poles will slowly slide from only being held by compression. If you crank too hard with the tightening screws on the end it can/will crimp the pole ends.Lastly, the mid-joints of the poles for the length portion don't necessarily have appropriately placed pre-drilled holes for support screws to interlock the poles. There was one set that lined up, but they wound up on the top of the poles in which my curtain rings would snag on it a lot. I had to fix it by drilling my own holes on the bottom to lock them together without snagging the curtain up.For the price, it is still worth it. Just be prepared to manually cut poles and possibly drill holes for screws to lock it all together nicely. The sagging of the joint is becoming more pronounced after a few months so I will have to probably make further adjustments in another month or so.

Good Choice
I am a 68 yr. old female who does not ask for help unless I can't do it myself. With the risk of putting too many holes in the wall, I did install this myself, using the instructions provided. Placing the shower rod on the rim of the tub first helped with positioning the rod holders. Unfortunately, the top two screws did not go into a stud, although I used longer screws in the plastered walls. I had to cut the length on the long end with a hacksaw. It seems sturdy by itself but I might like too add a wire at the curve for support to the ceiling. This rod replaced an old glass door enclosure that I never liked and is in the second bathroom where the tub is only used occasionally by guests or when I need a soaker. Took me almost two hours to install, with many trips back and forth for tools. I'm very happy with it and the price paid.

Missing Predrilled Holes
Purchased the PrettyHome L Shaped Shower Curtain Bar AND the Pretty Home Vertical Support Bar to replace a 14 year old L-shaped rod and vertical support installed outside after pool and beach time. The PrettyHome Shower Rod is 3 aluminum pieces that slide together and be cut to fit. The L-section is suppose to have holes drilled in it so a bolt can pass through the "tube" and screw into the Vertical Support Rod that is sold separately. The L-section of my rod has 2 holes drilled where the "crimped" end slides into the straight section, except the straight section has only one hole. The ends of the 2 straight ends have a single hole at the joint for a 1/4" screw to hold them together. The L-section of the rod does not have 2 holes where the photo in the Amazon description of the Vertical Support Rod is shows it installed. There are 2 holes provided in the crimped area but they are too small for the bolt to pass through. To make the install as simple as possible, the 2 holes in the L-section were drilled larger and used as a guide to drill the needed 2 holes in the straight section. The photos provided show the photo in the Amazon description and how the Vertical Support Rod is installed with the pre-drilled holes. The other photo is the actual installation. The description photo depicts the Vertical Support Rod several inches beyond the joint of the straight and L-sections, where the actual photo shows it installed at the joint. The circle on the ceiling is where the Vertical Support should be positioned on the L-section. That position allows the shower curtain to move further along the straight section of the L-Shaped Curtain Rod for more coverage. Must use 2 shower curtains to fully enclose the bather.

Just thought I was looking for
My tub only has one wall and then a curve, so this was the perfect shower curtain rod to use for it. It is very sturdy and it was very easy to hang! Looks awesome in my bathroom

Perfect fit!
This corner shower curtain rod was EXACTLY what I needed to complete our somewhat custom bathroom renovation. The quality of the material is quite good and it is a decent price point. The instructions were quite helpful for the install, but in the end it all went up with very little difficulty and is a nice solid, functional fit. One thing to do though is go back after a few weeks of use and tighten the little allen-screws for the rod at the mounting plates as they will 'settle' a bit. Thanks!

Easy to install sturdy
This fit perfectly in the space that I needed. You can’t make it smaller by just a few inches. You would have to take out one of the whole bars if you wanted to make it smaller or cut one down. The way the bars fit together it doesn’t have any flexibility, but I didn’t need less length for this particular installation. But if you needed a little less, this probably wouldn’t work. It’s nice and sturdy was easy to install and I like that it doesn’t have to be attached to the ceiling, but just bends from wall-to-wall.
