I got this board because of the realities surrounding component prices. My system started out with only an APU (3400g) driving graphics as I waiting on a used GPU. This limited me as to what chipset and PCI versions I’d have.I got a used RX 580 and will be trolling for a Vega 64 if prices ever become reasonable. Honestly my rig chews right through AAA titles on 2k monitors without anything more than the CPU fan spooling up from time to time.Oh and I did go with some LED bling on my CPU cooler, RAM, case, and case fans. I like MSI’s LED controls and their management software overall. For now I’m happy with my compromise system. It does the job. I’m still waiting for my next super rig build … some day …

On my PC Build I had a problem where the CPU usage and temperatures where almost maximum high. The cause of the problem was an MSI software recommended to use with this motherboard. Beware of any MSI software and BIOS version that might hurt your system.

this is a much better board than the one i had originally got for my gf, i started out with a gigabyte a520m mobo and it was total trash, the rgb support and control was worse than that of an asrock mobo, it was absolute 0 and infact the whole pc would BSOD and crash the second you even thought about opening up the gigabyte rgb software. this mobo will have plenty of support in the future with bios updates, comes ready out of the box for most if not all ryzen cpus currently ont he market. you cant really go wrong with something like that if you wanna have the most trouble free build process for one of your first custom pc builds.

Board is fine.. great for just a nice setup. Will minus a point for no type c usb support on board. However went together no issues. Works great for what i do. I dont use for gaming. I also do not use built in graphics. Only 1 hdmi port. I have a separate gpu.

I'm running a Ryzen 5 5600x and rtx 3060 on it and it works with resizeable bar! I was very pleased. I had Ryzen 5 2600 at first but I upgraded to the 5600x and the bios update was a breeze. Very nice board for the price!

I kinda... Wish I got a better one without wifi and just bought a wifi card but.... It's... Respectable, even if the wifi is kinda ify and it's so flimsy that im always worried it will crack

Love the fit and finish of this thing. Absolutely no issues changing out my b450 tomahawk max and putting this into it's place for my son's build. I've spent half of the cost of the board just shipping & return-shipping from this seller.Do yourself a favour and scan through all the 1-star reviews here -- it's not "the odd issue here and there" -- this seller is unreliable.- Product was on sale for $80, but with added shipping cost -- fair enough, still saving money, so I went for it.- The motherboard arrives defective (tried 2 different CPUs that both work in other machines), so I submit a return ticket.- They tell me I get to pay return shipping, AND that it goes to their RMA/verification center for testing. If they don't find a flaw with the board there, they then charge an additional restocking fee (and it'll be out of your hands at this point, either way)I've now paid $16-$18 + tax to ship it EACH way, getting up near $40 wasted for a defective board...so I checked out the reviews here, which I really wish I'd done before initially ordering. Will never buy from this particular shop again. Ugh.

This board has about everything good about it. Excellent speed, and great onboard graphics. However these graphic capabilities will allow you to play many high end games I would recommend that you should get a good graphics card. The onboard graphics work fine in a pinch, if your short on cash. Really good board for a really good price.

Basic but very decent motherboard for budget builds. Fine for desktop and intermediate gaming. Checks all the boxes for value and features.

Computer won't even POST. I had thought to upgrade my existing motherboard with this since it has a built in antenna but this won't even power on at all. Extremely disappointed to say the least. I saw the other 1-star reviews but thought it wouldn't happen to me. Future readers beware!! Extremely low quality bar.
