I like that it is easy to put together cause it just pops up but I still can’t figure out how to make it small enough to put back in the bag. The steam gets hot quick and it’s a great alternative to being in a big sauna. I just wish the neck hole could be a bit tighter so the steam didn’t come up my neck. Although the chair looks super small it fits me just fine and I’m 5’10”. Hoping this works for a long time to come.

This thing works great, gets super hot , relieves joint pain, is a great stress relief, detox the toxins out of your body and aids with weightloss.Only thing I would complain about is the uncomfortable chair but all n all its a steal and worth every cent spent!

I really like this and it works. The only thing is the chair is to low and the steam hits your legs and thigh area depending on how you’re sitting in it. I got a regular fold up chair that sits higher and it was fine. Another thing the tube kept falling out off the bag when you move around a little. So I think they need to make a piece where you can tighten it and loosen it. Other than that it works great. Would def recommend it.

Lose weight without exercise. Cheapest. Easy to assemble.Cons: not easily foldable and you need space to store it as it is not foldable to it's original bag.

This is really great, very easy setup, gets really hot. The only bad thing is the tube inside has not safety mechanism & I have burned my leg twice

It came missing the main tube for the steam, also the massage roller was missing. I was not able to use it, and tried to return it but the shipping is too expensive. Disappointed.

I love this sauna!! I use it at least 4/7 days a week. Only thing is Please BEWARE!! of steam pot inside the station that catches water drips when you are standing up. I stepped on it by mistake and the water burnt skin off my leg. Yeah it’s that hot!! 😩 Other than hazard.. it’s a great product.

It had very limited instructions so we didn’t know we were supposed to attach the medicine container to the inside hose and my husband got burned, once we attached it and put it away from getting in direct contact With our skin it was fine. The outside tubing does not connect to the sauna tent tightly enough and it does leak water so I have to place a towel underneath it. It does get very steamy and it’s easy to clean. Also the metal on the chair burns your legs so I had to use my kids wooden chair and the foot massager was broken. Overall definitely not worth a hundred dollars but if it goes on sale for $50 it would be worth it

Its Cheap! The material sweats when the unit is on. Make sure you DRY pod between uses. Place a clean towel on floor of pod. Careful of steam entering pod, very hot!. Use chair that is sitting higher than steam entrance port.Shower before use, and cold shower shortly after. Fill with clean water only. Takes 10+ minutes to produce steam. Best start off 10- 15min and increase. Drink water, use in fasted state. Don't forget to breathe. Enjoy

I love, love, love my sauna. I use it 3x a week after working out and I'm in heaven. Heats up fairly fast, the chair is not super comfy but it's not awful either. I'm able to leave the unit set up but I can see how it'd be a bit of extra work having to put it away after each use. I agree with previous reviews, the outer hose attachment is very loose, does not clamp on or screw in ☹

I had read reviews and was warned, so it does not get as hot as a spa room for sure. It s a nice sweat but your body temperature does not really rise. I wanted to be able to take a cold shower after, nope, too cold as soon as you exit.Quite a set up to, so be prepared, takes me at least 15 mn to set it up. I was a bit stressed about the clean up and possible mold, that however is a breeze, just wipe with a towel then vent on for 20 mn, i actually leave it overnight then i fold it and under the bed it goes.

THE GOOD1- I originally bought this to help with cutting weight for BJJ competitions. Works well-enough for that. I *personally* sweat about 1-2 kg of water in 30 minutes inside this thing.2- I also ended up using it 2-3 times per week when I'm very sore after workouts. Works REALLY WELL at helping me relax tense muscles!THE BAD1- According my thermometer, when in a room at 17C (64F), the inside of the sauna got up to about 38C (100F). This is not hot enough for a lot of the clinically pertinent benefits of heat exposure.2- According to my heart rate monitor, my pulse only gets up to about 75 bpm in this sauna (compared to about 55 resting on the couch). That's not really enough to improve cardio - which is one of the benefits I mentioned earlier.
