I just got this book in the mail! I love all of the fun Hands-On art activities that are inside of it.

I have two four-year-olds; I am used to mess. But the art activities in this book require a dedicated studio, large field, or prepping a room like you're Dexter getting ready for a murder in order to implement. If you're fine with mess, great - also be ready to spend far more time prepping the set up than implementing the activity. No thanks. Going back.

This book as so many wonderful ideas to get your kids really moving while doing art. They have ideas like drill painting, or painting with a tire! Unique ideas you wouldn't just think up on your own!

Fun ideas but some did not work well for us

Good resource.

I bought that book to get my boys to enjoy art and expressing themselves visually. It’s full of great ideas Or “invitations” that makes them Want to come around the space I have set up. They love it. It has also helped me relax and stop expecting their art to be pretty and perfect Everytime. I’ve learnt that’s craft, not art. Me learning this also engages more into it. No pressure, just explore and have fun !

Excellent ideas for that child that needs/enjoys/benefits from the sensory aspects in their art and everyday activities. Many wonderful ideas that I will be using in my Art Therapy practice.
