(1 Skein) Lion Brand Yarn Summer Nights Yarn, Ocean Cove

I purchased this yarn to create smaller crocheted items. It was perfect for the angel ornaments I have been making. The colors brighten up the ornaments while the metallic thread sparkles in the lights. Because of its small size I wouldn’t say this yarn is for “beginners”. Someone with more experience will not have a problem working with this yarn. My only complaint is there was a knot in my outside pull. I am hoping I do not find any throughout my inside pull.

Very soft, sparkles in the light I bought UT to make a baby blanket but I think it's beautiful and better for making doilies and other projects

I like knitting scarves with this yarn as it is very pretty but I did not receive the color I expected. That's on me. I should have looked more closely. It will work up nicely and still be pretty. It would be great for lacy projects.

I have been looking for this yarn everywhere. I couldn't remember the brand or name. Wasn't sure if this was it since some of the features don't show up in photography. It was what I needed and exactly as described.

This yarn was featured on the Youtube video "Old Country Bridges Shawl" and I was so impressed with the drape and beauty of the finished product that I immediately ordered the yarn in color Treasure island. Just finished it and it looks exactly as featured on the video! So impressed I ordered another color to make another one. The title sounds kind of vintage but the shawl is actually super cute with a rather modern stitch. This yarn is soft, beautiful, with a lovely drape. Because it is a finer yarn, i was careful to only pull out the amount that i would use for a row or two and i never had trouble with tangling.

Very soft and easy to knit with. Knit into socks well and seems to wear well

2nd time of ordering and only 1 ball sent. The pack is for 3 balls. Very misleading and expensive for 1 ball of harm.
