I was looking for some smaller tight sealing storage jars for coffee and tea. These were a perfect solution. Tight sealing and large mouth making it easy to access the contents.

We use them for nuts and they look good on the counter.

I've been making it a point to spend a little more on things not made in China. These did not disappoint. They really were only just a little bit more than the Chinese ones with a horror show of review pictures. The glass on these is not only suitably thick- it's uniformly thick. They seal well also. I bought a pair of large ones and a pair of the more medium sized ones (sorry, I don't remember the capacities off the top of my head). We use them to keep the beetles out of our whole wheat flour and keep other things fresh and pest free. I liked them so much, I ordered two more of the same "medium" sized ones and then some smaller ones a few weeks later to keep dry yeast in the fridge. These really are nice swing top jars and a darned good value.

I love these quality, Italian-made jars! They’re substantial, and tightly and safely store and beautifully display my dry goods. In my experience these things last forever. I had a couple of old ones whose rubber seal rings finally dried out after years... no problem... easy to order replacements, and the seals are versatile as they’ve thoughtfully made the lid size for this style the same regardless of jar size (personally I’d stick with their seals; have found some other clear ones stretch out or discolor easily). Living by the sea, I’ve not experienced rust or discoloration with the latches, either (which I sometimes have with others types of latching canisters). These are built to last! I hope they never decide to cut corners on quality to make an extra buck.I really like the little black, chalkboard style labels, too (and the spares and mess-free chalk pen), with enough room for me to even put additional information as needed (as you can see in the pic). The labels work well and lay nicely flat on the medium and larger sizes. I mislabeled one, used a soft, barely-damp cloth to wipe clean, and it looked brand new.Grazie per la mia bellissima dispensa! None of my jars came with their seals. I love these & was so excited to get them in but when I finally went to use them during my holiday break I discovered that 5/6 jars did not have the rubber seal. The wide opening and easy dismantling make these so easy to clean and despite their sizes I don't think they get unreasonably heavy.

I made some very potent hot sauce and shipped all over the US to friends and not one leak. Friends have returned containers I have reused. I also purchased the same glass jars again.
