OtterBoxfor Apple AirPods (1st & 2nd gen), Sleek Protective Case, Ispra Series - black

This is a poor Otterbox product. Otterbox usually make great cases but I feel there was very little product testing with this line.The rubber main case works ok and is a pretty snug fit but the design is a two piece and the other part is a plastic lid that surprisingly does not click into place but has a tiny double sided sticky tape on the underside. So in two days the lid part has lost its sticky and falls off all the time, I have had to purchase double sided sticky tape reel and fit more of it inside the lid, hopefully it will keep it in place now.As it stands i can’t recommend it and it’s certainly not worth the money, I’d pay £5 for this product as there has been very little design thought gone into it.

Unlike other otter box products this design doesn’t appear to be as well thought through, the bottom half is clear, so looks good, the top half is white which looks rather odd. That could be personal taste, however the poor design is that the top as it’s harder plastic doesn’t grip the AirPod case as well as the bottom so comes off quite easily and sometimes comes off while carrying. I have an otter box case on my old AirPods gen 2 and that case doesn’t have the same problem

Been searching high and low for the perfect AirPods case. Wanted something that protects my AirPods, preferably with a carabiner and that will sit flush on my charging station (where my phone and Apple Watch charge as well)Looks good. Feels nice in the hand. Protects my AirPods.But....I have a charging station and the thickness of this case unfortunately means that the AirPods won’t charge via the lightning connection with the case on. I don’t have a wireless charging case and I need to protect my gadget so inevitably this was returned.

The pink case is really sparkly and attractive. The main part of the case is a smooth rubbery material and the lid is hard plastic. It was a little confusing to put on as the Otterbox logo is actually on the back of the AirPod case, so I thought I had installed it back to front. The lid and main body are also separate, when I assumed it would be a single case. This wasn’t a problem, other than confusing me for a moment. It lives up to Otterbox’s good reputation and is a protective case that does the job. I am always dropping things and there is no damage to my AirPods.

Generally a big fan of otterbox for iPhone cases, but this AirPods Pro case is cheap and nasty. I put it on and then took it off 10 mins later and binned it. Looks cheap, feels cheap - however no doubt it will still protect the airpods case very well.

Great case, looks well, sticky bit on the lid could be better
