A must have for window AC
Great unit and works great. Not to bad to install, you have to play with the adjustment part by taking it apart. Other then that it works great and was a great price.

It’s not easy to install but it makes a huge difference!
I have a century old house. And we have been using an window ac unit upstairs in the bedroom. My wife has been feeling nervous because there have been stress cracks by the window, she thinks it’s because of the window ac. Now of course, this is just what houses do. But it does seem to exacerbate it and makes the cracks bigger, especially because the old windowsill does not sit the ac unit well.Now, this was not easy to install and I had to install it while it was so hot out. I was sweating and frustrated because I wish it was just a short install. The instructions are not great but I do like how it takes the stress of weight off of the window and more on the bracket.Heads up, I would also make sure to have a small ish wrench along with the tools required because the nuts included cannot be hand tightened. I had to learn the hard way that it has a rubbery end that makes it very difficult without a wrench holding it.This has made our window unit look much nicer in the room, and gives us piece of mind. It was very worth it.

It’s Alright
Had to purchase this because living in a city apartment, there’s a law to have this for anyone with a window AC. It does it’s job, but was not easy to install. In this case, you get what you pay for. It is quite sturdy but doesn’t look as durable. Hopefully, nothing severe happens with the weather or else this might not help hold the AC.

Better than competitors
Finally a product that works and fits! I originally bought an AC stand from another company, and when it arrived, it didn’t fit my window, and then it broke when trying to set it up. I returned it and got this one instead and it’s way better. Way more sturdy and longer even without the extender. Definitely wish I just got this one to begin with but glad I have it now. Get this one.
