This is not white balsamic, it's regular white wine vinager
This is regular white wine vinegar, very liquid, the ingredients are organic white vinager and organic grape juice..balsamic vinager is made from grape must, which is not even an ingredient here

It's delicious but I don't know about value for $$. $15. Is a lot of money for vinegar except it is really good and I do try to use it sparingly.
