The Abs and Butt trainer was delivered on time and came in a very easy to open box. The trainer is good quality and feels very durable. I am using it on the least resistance setting. There are different ways to use the butt and abs trainer. Laying down is easiest for me. You can feel it working from the first squeeze.

Didn’t really work well. The adjustable setting to make it stronger or weaker did not work. I also did not feel like my muscles were getting any sort of work out.

I ordered this on a whim of curiosity. I’m always curious about new ways to work the glutes and hamstrings. This little thing actually works great. It’s a targeted motion that you don’t usually do, and I’m kind of amused to say I’ve added it to my daily workouts. I really like it!

It is a work out and worth what you pay for it. You feel it in your glutious Maximus

I have been wanting to use this product from the time I saw it on FB and TV. It really does work. It toned my behind for sure. I only used it for a week and I can tell the difference. Recommended 👌👍
