Did the job
My workshop roof sprang a leak, for love nor money could I get someone to come out and replace the roof quickly. A coat of this stuff and after a downpour we seem to be waterproof again. No ideal how long it will last but it saved my tools from rusting.Quite easy to apply with a tar brush, the whole job was done in 1.5 hours, it looks very good fair play

Next best thing to a new roof
Predictable messy but managed easily with a roller. Covered well and evenly. Not cheap but much cheaper than replacing the roof. I'm hoping it will be good for a few more years now

Covered concrete flat roof to seal it does exactly what it says great product worth the price coverage better than expected so applied more coats. Does have a strong odour
