A small, easy, powerful blender to easily get out of the drawer and easily just rinse off to clean and put away. It is a little heavy to keep using with one hand though. And it came with mixing blades so you can whip egg whites into a merengue too. It blends my eggs so they are light and frothy so that they end up light and fluffy when I scramble them. It is easier to use this small blender than to get out the big blender with its base with the control buttons

Recently purchased the Cuisnart Stick Blender and Beater attachment. I've been looking forward to having something like this in my kitchen for awhile, as I was starting to get very tired of transferring anything I wanted to blend to a blender and making whipped cream by hand. This product has now made those tasks much less daunting (and messy) in the kitchen.The unit itself has a great weight to it and feels very sturdy. I'm a huge fan of the pressurized trigger to activate the motor. Push harder, it increases the speed. You have full control of this. The attachments are very straight-forward to attach to the base. Simple twist to the lock position and you are all set. I just blended an entire batch of blistered cherry tomatoes and the consistency was just right. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for an affordable and trustworthy immersion blender/two-stick beater that can find its place in even the tiniest NYC apartment.

It was easy to use and clean.

One of my favorite feature is the pressure sensitive speed control. It is important to have speed control especially when I make my smoothies and protein shakes, I do not run the risk of having the contents flying out of the mixing cup because I put too much pressure on the button. In order to make a 5 egg omelette I would have to take out the large hand mixer. This hand held whisk is lighter to handle and blends the eggs faster and takes up less space on my work surface.I do not have much storage space in my kitchen and the stick blender fits perfectly in my utensil drawer.Love love love this blender, it will definitely be a much used tool in my kitchen.

As with all Cuisinart small kitchen appliances, this one was another homerun. Love the design and features of this immersion blender, especially the variable speed trigger. While it is plastic, it feels incredibly solid, even moreso than another metal unit I own and have used for years. The mixer attachment works as advertised. I mixed up a batch of fresh whipped cream in no time and cleanup was a breeze. The included mixing/measuring cup was very handy, just wish it had different increments on the oz side. My only “gripe” would be that I wish the mixing unit is machine washable. The beaters of course are, but the other attachments are not. They clean super easy and not at all a deal breaker, but it would be a nice plus! I would have no problem recommending this device to others.

The hand blender was powerful and is easy to store/compact. Takes a moment to get the feel of the power button but overall worked great for whipped cream, buttercream frosting and blending sauces. This will now be one of my staple items I will regularly use since it's so easy to grab right out from storage and use immediately - minimal attachments and no assembly required.
