Mexican Vanilla Beans, Gourmet quality (Superior Grade)

Got the 50 g version of these beans. The description says 40 to 45 beans per package, I only got 21. That is half of what they indicated.

I heard Mexican bean vanilla made awesome vanilla extract and it does. As I assessed my order I noticed how airtight the vanilla bean was kept inside the box. The beans were moist and pliable and thick with seeds. I set it up just like I do for all vanilla extract and this was good for use in 30 days. Other vanilla extract a good 60-90 days. But The aroma of the Mexican bean vanilla filled the air in the room with a very smooth, creamy flavor with a hint of spice. And I used the beans making my first bottle of Mexican vanilla extract. I can’t wait to give my friends a bottle of this awesome extract for Christmas.

I use a fair amount of vanilla each year. It is all for personal use but I'm always looking for new tones and flavors; purchasing small amounts of vanilla from: Uganda, Madagascar, Tahiti and Mexico. I really like these beans.My experience with the seller: Fast shipping. Opening that package was wondeful, the full vanilla scent was quite a little pick me up! I pulled the beans from the package and weighed the contents. 100grams on the nose.Overall: Excellent vanilla beans. Great size, good moisture content, supple and well filled with caviar.The two beans in the image are the Mexican Vanilla bean (left) compared to a Bourbon bean (right).

This came in a double sealed envelope and then packaged in a nice decorated paper bag and double sealed in a thick plastic bag. I took pictures of everything but I couldn't get my phone to connect to review. The smell was amazing, my whole kitchen smells of vanilla. The beans were pliable, moist, there were 5 beans about 6 inches long and weighed exactly 12 grams as in the description. I definitely will buy again. I was not disappointed!

I am VERY impressed with these beans. I could smell the scent through the unopened amazon bubble envelope - a testimony to their quality. They were not dried out, are extremely pliable and I can not wait to taste the finished extract. I truly appreciate the quality here, and you will too.

Bought the 25gram option. Package came with eleven beans which is cool but the beans were so flat, skinny that I couldn’t even slice them. There was virtually nothing inside the beans, too. These were purchased to make vanilla extract but these won’t accomplish this. I’ve ordered vanilla beans five times online and this is the most disappointed I’ve ever been. Would not recommend.

These are very nice, plump & pliable beans. You can smell them through the vacuum packaging. I had them in my cupboard a few days before putting them into alcohol & every time I opened the cupboard I could smell those wonderful beans. In six months I am going to have the a whole lot of Mexican vanilla extract. Even better, it’s the original vanilla. I will definitely buy these beans again.
