Within 6 months of beginning 1 capsule of Curcumin a day, my hard as rock lymph glands, that I'd had for a decade and a half, went down, got soft and felt normal. I believe my lymph glands got that way, in the first place, after taking numerous RXs daily for allergies, back pain and migraines. No one suggested Curcumin would help my lymph glands, but I believe that is what did the trick (it's the only supplement I added during that time).I like this Curcumin brand because it avoids certain additives that are in some other brands.Also, since I've taken curcumin daily, I hardly ever have a migraine when I used to have numerous ones per month that lasted for 3 days and I would be in a dark room taking two types of RXs and still be in pain. Now, when I rarely do get a migraine, they are very mild and don't last long. I did read Curcumin could help lessen migraines. I'm not positive if that is what lessened them but they did lessen at about the same time. It could have been from years of avoidance of what triggered them in my case: fragrance, gas and other chemical exposures and/or synthetic dyes and MSG in foods.

I have suffered daily from joint (and other) pain since getting Lyme Disease in 2008. Was just told about this supplement within the last 6 months and gave it a try. My pain is not completely gone but the days are much more manageable thanks to this all natural approach.
