I love this product- super flavourful and makes delicious soup super easily. I’ve bought it twice now and have had no problems at all. It’s not meant to be eaten directly without cooking.

Best carb free alternative to potato chips in history.
They don't come crispy. Fry with your favorite oil and spices for a crispy treat which actually tastes better than potato chips and has no carbs.

Moldy Product — DO NOT BUY
I purchased two packages of dried pollack, and when I opened the first package, I noticed that the fish was slightly damper than other brands and had an “off” smell (even moreso than normal dried fish). Upon further inspection, it turns out that there was mold growing in the package!This was also not limited to a single pack, as both packages had considerable amounts of mold. It’s a shame, as I spent $30 on this and now have to throw out both bags.
