Perfect fit nice and comfortable

I love these pants, however, I bought from a different seller calling them "premium", and paid an extra 6 dollars for them. Turns out, they are the exact same pants, with the exact same labels.

Ordered the Russell Athletic premium shorts (RA) and Amy Coulee athletic shorts (AC). Did a side by side comparison.AC had better stitching, thicker cloth, deep rear pocket, and deep front pockets. White external draw ties. Made in China. The 2XL was too small and will be returned for that reason.RA had good stitching but not as closely sewn or tight as the AC. Front pockets only but not as deep as the AC. Interior draw ties which are preferred. Made in Egypt which other reviewers have noted produce better quality than those made in Honduras. I would agree. Cloth is thinner than the AC, but a good weight for summer wear.Have ordered a second pair of the Russell.

This men’s Russell Athletic short is well made, light to medium weight, and fits me perfectly with a mid rise. I’m 5’10”, 155 and ordered the medium. The elastic waist is fairly tight so I don’t need to use the internal draw strings. I wish this product came in more colors. The only problem is the vendor ships the product slowly even if you are a Prime member.

Well made and good fit. Nice feel. Wash well. My husband LOVES these.

As others have reported the quality of these can vary. In this case the shorts are 1.5" longer than the previous ones and although I am tall with long legs, this puts them over my knee, which I will not wear. Sorry, this should not happen.

I’ve had Russell sweatshirts over the years and they are the best and decided to go with a cotton short that would be great for all the seasons. Both pairs I purchased were Made in Egypt which from previous reviews I’ve read is the superior product over its Honduras counterpart. Even though Amazon suggested I go with XL, I read the size chart and went a size down to Large because I wear a 36” in pants. Very glad I did that because they fit perfectly and the XL’s I would have had to return. Minimal shrinking when following the wash in cold water and tumble dry low. These are some of the best lounge, chore and gym shorts I’ve owned for some time. Once my daughter is born, I’m sure these will be a staple in my Dad wear. Extremely comfortable and the price was right. Thank you Russell Athletic!
