I was getting frustrated with the pump not working. Then I noticed that the straw part was in too deep, you have to place the straw without pushing it too far. Works well now.

We just had granite countertops installed and we needed a small soap dispenser that would hold sponges and match the granite. This dispenser was perfect! It is so easy to fill and use, and is just the right size and color. We love the natural stone look of it and could not be happier with our purchase!

Hard and sturdy product but had to get the mat to put it on...didn't realize that the sponge holder has a slit opening in bottom

First, I love this product. It is sturdy, the pump works perfectly, the hose is slightly too long, so when eased in it bends tight against the bottom of the reservoir for less wasted soap. A Scrub Daddy fits perfectly in the pouch! I read the reviews on it, both good and bad, and decided to give it a try. It is great in every way except for when all the soap had leaked out of it due to (an invisible to the naked eye) hole in the bottom, smaller than a pin hole. It was as if the casting had gotten bubbles in it and this hole was made by a bubble going all the way through (went clean through the bottom it did). My husband covered the whole with epoxy and we are back in business! So after reading all the reviews, I decided to ignore the worst and the best, and say that this product is perfect in every way, except for some possible imperfections. If it is worth the coolness of the design and the excellent pump, then you can work around most other imperfections.

the straw of the bottle cap is too long and needs to be cut to fit in the bottle. this is super strange, why can't they make a right-sized straw???

took a few tries but i finally got the colour i ordered and the pump is a bit hard to close.not easy to clean the inside but it works.

Live this soap dispenser. I didn't personally have any issues with the length of the tube that goes inside or of the pump not fitting properly as menioned in other reviews.However I bought this to match the toothbrush holder from the same brand. However there is a colour variation. The soap dispenser is a lighter grey. But it's so lovely I'm happy to keep it.Hope this helps other buyers.

Keeps the kitchen looking tidy and good quality.

Was looking for a soap dispenser and found this one which includes space for a sponge which I always have at the sink anyway. Solid, sturdy, and the dispenser works well!

I like the body of the soap dispenser. It is nice and heavy and very attractive. However, it has leaked soap from the bottom of the pump since I bought it. Now, it is leaking around the nozzle and the soap seems to be taking the chrome finish off of the pump. I can't take it off and I can't stop the entire pump from leaking. It is very annoying. None of my pumps for other items seem to fit. Too bad, because I like the rest of it.

Dispenser is a nice visual on the countertop however there are a few downfalls. The basin that holds the sponge collects a TON of excess water. Between the sink and a soaked sponge, you constantly have to drain it out which is a germ magnet for the sponge always being wet. The cap for the soap dispenser is a bit tricky. You really have to have a good grip on it to make sure it’s sealed properly or else the soap will leak. It holds well to the surface but due to the grips being elevated, water often pools under it. Decent for a 2 in 1 feature.
