I am known as being cheap but some times is doesnt pay to cheap especially when it comes to you mental Health. I am taking my Life Extension and my depression is again in remission.Update - January 2019 - Still loving this product. Transformed my life after having depression for years. As far as my anxiety still using the black seed (cumin) oil. I am no longer using rosemary supplements. I find gingko biloba to be more effective for my anxiety.Update - February 2019 - If this works for you you probably do have atypical depression or treatment resistant depression (which is just depression that does not respond to SSRIs) than you would also benefit from probiotics that improve depression by improving gut bacteria and decreasing inflammation. Google to find out the specific probiotic strains you should be looking for. My cheapness stopped me from taking the probiotics. Now I am backing taking. Again turmeric helped my depression but did nothing for my anxiety. The black seed oil and bingo biloba help my anxiety. The probiotics help my depression and anxiety.

Bcm-95 Curcumin with Ginger. The combo is amazing! Generally I would say take this for anti-inflammatory purposes. But it is also good to help lower cholesterol, ease the pain of arthritis, possibly prevent dementia, possibly prevent heart attacks, possibly prevent cancer especially breast cancer. Has a similar effect like a baby aspirin for thinning blood, Without side effects. Research and come to your own conclusion. But it is great as an anti-inflammatory and for pain. Remember that inflammation is the cause of most sickness and diseases. So taking this supplement along with a healthy diet, full of fruits and vegetables ,plant proteins and meditation. good luck

We use every day for inflammation. Has relieved all aches and pains for a year or longer. I have no issues with it, but would advise if you have gallbladder issues to research. Can cause gallbladder spasms it states. I think the first one caused a “burning” in my stomach. Next capsules did not bother me.

Product seems to ease inflammation or at least make it less of a problem. Have occassional reflux that may be caused by this product but its benefits outweigh the problem.

Great product I am trying a full blown supplement attack for the chronic pain and inflamation I suffer after injuring my back and neck, 3 surgeries and to dangerous the doctor says to attemp anymore surgeries so for the past 10 years I have been on full disability and high dose opoids and I am really tired of taking medicine so here I am stay tuned!!!!

All Life Extension products are top grade. I take a few different types all from Life Extension. I reorder and recommend the ones I take. I even had a pharmacist check to make sure what I am taking was working and not zeroing each other out.

Good product, however, it was shipped to me in AZ in hot weather and the product melted together. It has been next to impossible to separate the softgel capsules without breaking them.

`i bought it as it was recommended for Arthritis . by an old lady with arthritis ----- so far it hasnt done anything much so i dont know what to say im sick with Flue at the moment so on antibiotics etc will resume later
