I have been taking these in the evening after dinner, it says to take 1 or 2 at bedtime with a meal. I prefer not to eat prior to going to bed, so the evening has been working for me. I only take 1 so far, as I wanted to see how I reacted to them before going with the full dose, and so far all I've needed is 1. This has helped with my constipation, I take several meds that constipation is a side effect. So far these have been doing what I need it to do.

I am really happy with this senna complex so far! It arrived quickly and well package. The tablets are oblong shaped hard packed tablets that are coded. They have a bit of a peppery taster aftertaste to them. I have had no negative reactions. I have noticed that my gut is moving a lot faster and much better and I’m not using any stimulating laxatives which is a bonus!

Our family gravitates toward all natural ingredients, when effective, and are long time green tea lovers. My fault for not reading the ingredients closely enough before ordering...but these capsules are just loaded with additives! I got excited by the "made in USA" label, and didn't look closely at all the "other ingredients" these contained. Unfortunately, it's not something I'm comfortable taking. Bummer.
