I love this frying pan!! Inexpensive and easy to clean.

what, might you ask, did I want of this product? I wanted about 8" of cooking surface. this one says it's a 10" but that means width at the rim. it's 8" at the bottom. I like high sides so you have both more splash resistance when frying then also more volume when you wish to cook a greater amount. I wanted non-stick and this one works great. I've cooked on even more non-stick surfaces but this one is like 90% of best so good to go. I wanted a light colored cooking surface to better see the condition of the food versus the usual black or gray non-stick. this bright peppered surface looks great. I wanted a see-through lid to keep an eye on the food. this one is just right. fits a similar fancy pan (Demeyere) I have so now I can cover and look into that one too! it's kinda like I got two products in one 🙂👨‍🍳I wouldn't call the construction thick for heat distribution but it's not paper thin either. the aluminum core does a good job. the plastic handle and lid top are nicely comfortable. just remember this one is not oven safe, a requirement I didn't demand. bon appetit chefs!for the requirements I've mentioned, I'll highly recommend ⭐️

I needed a deeper skillet for scrambled eggs so they don't slosh over while cooking. This works great for those eggs using the lid - makes them fluffier. My favorite skillet!

I’ve had this pan for not quite three years. I use it *maybe* twice a month, when my favorites are being used for something else or need to be cleaned. I made sausages in it the other day and no matter how much elbow grease I used, I couldn’t get the pan clean after. Then made steaks in it last night and now it’s just ruined. I have other nonstick pans that still function effectively over a decade after I bought them. I’d suggest spending your money elsewhere.
