Restocking fee is ridiculous
I accidentally ordered the wrong product and required a wide faucet with 2 handles. This item is beautiful but dam the seller charged me 269.00 restocking fee from a 500+. I guess it takes lots of effort to restock.

Aerated water flow? No.
The faucet is a heavy-brass unit with nice finish and overall quality appearance. What’s important to understand is the 1.5 GPM feature is flow restrictive. Furthermore, the water is not aerated - simply restricted. I called Kohler to replace the “aerator” and was told they do not offer alternatives. My only option is install an after market device, thus changing the faucet look. I made a mistake buying this particular faucet, though some in severe water conservation areas wouldn’t mind it... at least aerate the restricted flow - that isn’t too much to ask.

Leaky faucet
When we remodeled our bathroom, we decided to go with Kohler for the fixtures. I could not have been more frustrated with this faucet. We originally purchased the faucet from a local Kohler store. When the plumbers installed the faucet, it leaked from the internal body. We took it back and were told a simple cartridge replacement would have fixed the issue, but they took it back and gave us a refund. With that info, and the fact that we liked the design and water flow, we decided to purchase it again via Amazon. It was installed and worked fine initially, but after a week started linking internally just like the first one. Called for a replacement cartridge and received one within a couple of days. Replaced the cartridge and it was good for another few days and then started leaking internally again! Returned and replaced it with another type of faucet and have not had issues since. In summary, it's a nice looking faucet with a great water flow but I can't recommend it as it appears to have a faulty or poor interior design.

this faucet is the worst purchase! It is poorly designed
I have purchased numerous Kohler faucets over the years. By far, this faucet is the worst purchase! It is poorly designed, totally overpriced, and very ugly. Do not look beautiful like the photo. Definitely not what I expected for over $400.
