This Mighty Paw Martingale Collar has been a lifesaver for walking my 100lb German Shepherd/Chocolate Lab mix! Right away, I noticed a huge difference—no more pulling and struggling like with our old all-metal cinch collar, which he even managed to break out of. The materials are top-notch, and sturdy without being too heavy, and the stainless steel chain provides gentle, controlled corrections. It’s hands-down the best investment for our training needs and at a great price. I’m so impressed that I’m planning to get the matching leash next! Highly recommend!

The weight is an advantage and disadvantage. When wearing it my dogs can tell they are in training mode and it's sturdy. The chain is heavy duty and with a nice sized clip link for easy attachment of leads with a medium (or larger) clip... a bit too large for my light lines. The disadvantage is I'll need to use a lighter collar for later training. It weighs about twice that of my former Martingale collar, partially because of the heavy metal clip on the side, partially because the chain has large links. This should ensure a long lasting collar.

I really like this dog collar it is very durable and it's not cheaply made the color works for me because it Blends in with my dog. The silver chain makes it really nice and easy to put on without making my dog feel uneasy we actually do have to purchase another one because we lost this one so we're definitely be purchasing again

I bought a large gray martingale for my 50lb dog that's built like a small laborador. It fits her perfectly. The martingale looks really slick with the chrome accents and the small loop for the tags is a must. I have her city tags on her collar. What sold it for me was that it also had a regular loop for a leash as well if I don't want to use the martingale. I trained her using a martingale when she was a puppy and recently had to go back to one because we moved to an area full of squirrels and other wild life and she is smart. She'll slip it in an instant if she so chooses. Not with this collar. And it's easy to adjust how tight the collar goes. My dog's is only tight enough to keep her from slipping out. Works great, good quality

The fabric and chain of the collar seemed sturdy and looked and fit well on my 3 month old puppy. Lab puppy chomped on plastic closure once while I was trying to get on him and cracked the plastic closure. Collar can no longer be used. Puppy was only 30 lbs and a lab, and we only got 2 weeks of use.

I bought this for my terrier mix who can wiggle out of most collars when he sees a squirrel or a delivery truck. It fits but does slip loose at times and I have to re-tighten it. Even so, he has never manages to slip out of it and it doesn’t hurt him like a true choker collar would.

My initial review stated, "We liked this collar at the start, but today after 2 months of use, the buckle snapped off while walking which is extremely unsafe." Within a couple days of posting, the seller reached out to me personally to apologize. They initiated offering me a refund, and they also sent me a replacement collar. We did order a different collar (Ruffwear) in the meantime, and despite being far more expensive than the Mighty Paw, the Mighty Paw chain quality is far superior. We are giving the collar another shot, but regardless are impressed by the service we received.

No lo recomiendo, mi cachorro que es de tamaño pequeño si llega a jalar porque algo le llamo la atención, simplemente el broche del collar se suelta y me quedo con la correa y el collar en la mano y el perro bueno ni les cuento, no lo recomiendo ya que no es un producto que me de la confianza de utilizarlo

Tomy es un cachorro PBM de cinco meses, muy inteligente y obediente en el hogar pero en el exterior demasiado reactivo a otros perros y autos.El arnés lo contiene pero para control el collar prong es demasiado, este collar me da resultados.
