Demasiado bueno. Desde mi experiencia les puedo decir 2 cosas que me mejoro enormemente: la caída del cabello se detuvo. Eso me tiene muy feliz! What it did to me, I don't know but taking the two at the same time made me loos 8 kilos in one month for me it is amazing!! I feel full of life, can walk more than I did, no pain in following the super easy plan:no bread or pastas or anything like than, no lactose, no sugars.
