Q: I want to make make several kayak cockpit covers for when they are stored on the rack. I want waterproof and breathable. Will this work?

Good afternoon I wouldn’t recommend this fabric for that application. It’s more of an apparel fabric.

Q: I’m looking to line an outdoor cabinet with slats to make it waterproof for storage. Would your product work for that?

The heavy duty exterior waterproof vinyl lined would be best bet. This fabric was a bit to lightweight for your application. Cordova lined waterproof better!
