This is the third bottle of carb stopper extreme that i've bought. I am the kind of person people call "lazy dieter". I have always been obsessed with losing few pounds. But i very rarely find the motivation to eating healthy and/or being more active. Therefore each time i'd start a new diet with the help of some weight loss pill i'd end up failling and mad at myself. So over the years i learned to accept myself. I have been carrying around pregnancy weight from my most recent pregnancy.The problem that is that child is now 2, and I am stuck at a size 18 which is way too large for my body type. (I am short). To make things more challenging, I suffer chronic pain, and have some mobility limitations. But, CARB Stopper Extreme helped me by blocking some of the carbs I ingested, and I have been able to enjoy some carbs so I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. What got me excited about this product is that I could feel a difference in my energy level in weeks, even though there are no stimulants in the product. In all fairness I've only lost 3 pounds so far, but that was done solely with small changes to my diet, and CARB Stopper Extreme. I plan on continuing to take this product and slowly working in some "low impact" exercise too. When a product like this helps some one likes (with my mobility limitations) - - then I have No doubt that it can help you too

Held Out to Do Review Until I Used It Daily for 3 Months…Honestly It Really WORKS for Me!! I’ve Changed My Eating Habits in General but Always Take 2 Capsules with every Meal and 1 if I’m Eating A Snack. I Have Lost 18 Pounds So Far was 170 pounds Just Went to Dr. Today I’m at 152! It Was a little Slow to start working fully, about 6 weeks but I Have Kept The Weight Off & Will Continue to use the product! 5Stars!!

Based off of previous reviews I was expecting a highly effective product better than what I've used in the past. While I did find it somewhat effective, it wasn't anything more spectacular than other products. The biggest downside for me was that the pills are HUGE! Definitely not for someone who has difficulty swallowing big pills.

I'm trying to lose a few lbs, but when I want just a little bit of carbs once in a while these save me every time.

This is a horrible tasting product. UGH! They are capsules, white, and I absolutely dreaded taking these due to the taste and aftertaste they left. BLECH. I have no issues with getting pills down, or taking multiple capsules, but these were so bad tasting. That said, I used the entire bottle and can feel confident saying, it made no difference at all. They claimed you needed to take for two months to work, so I did, and I can honestly say this product was a waste of money, and did not do as it claimed. Just my opinion.

I have only used this product 3 days. I have been eating around 1200-1400 cal with 30 min of exercise a day and so far: TAD DAH! a 2 lbs weight gain. I took it 30 min before meals and ate small 1 cup serving of pasta yesterday and a slice of pizza the day before. Not only did I gain weight but I am bloated beyond belief. My belly feels distended as if I swallowed a watermelon. Maybe it's all water retention and perhaps I should give it more time but so far, I am NOT happy with this product. I did give it 2 stars because the seller shipped the product very quickly.
