Leather is all dry
I was not very impressed with this belt. The leather was very dry. I think this belt will not even last me six months before it cracks right where the buckle pin goes into the holes in the leather. It did not seem like it was handmade. If it is, then it's poor workmanship. I would not recommend to buy this belt. That's my honest opinion.Mike V.Albuquerque, NM

Belt is medium quality leather. Good for the price and well tooled...Having said that:The description CLEARLY misrepresents the actual product for the simple fact that there is no specification, other than the picture, to the description of this belt...particularly the COLOR of it.BEWARE: This belt is BROWN, not black, as it falsely represented.If that is a factor for you, as was for me, this is useful information not readily available before purchase.This actually takes a back seat to my real issue with my experience, which is this seller's interest in arguing semantics with me rather than resolving the problem this carelessness created in the first place. I can not, in good conscience, recommend contact with this seller with any expectation of reasonable or productive conversation, much less resolution.While this seller did agree to refund my purchase, it was upon the unacceptable condition I pay a 5 plus dollar return shipping fee on a transaction made under my Prime account where there was no initial shipping cost to begin with. Seller also offered to make the belt black under a separate transaction, but refused further contact when asked for details regarding that transaction such as what was expected of me to make that happen and offered no further information or agreement on arranging procedure, cost, etc.I digress. I ended up stripping the belt, dyeing it black, and refinishing it myself...which, incidently, is how I became familiar with the actual material's quality.
