Actually I think it’s way fewer hours than 150 but I want to be fair, unlike this company.Ohhhh HOW I DID LOVE THIS E-FILE SO VERY MUCH, she was everything I wanted and needed in an E-File; until about two months ago. It’s too expensive for most beginners and there are way better options for pros, so I don’t recommend it for anyone, Sadly.ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR A MINUTE! I was able to purchase this E-file (instead of a cheap one) with the understanding that I would not have to REPLACE IT FOR SOME TIME! Not the case. NOW WHAT!I appreciate EVERY THING I own, so I take care of it to the utmost of my abilities, because I do NOT plan on replacing it. This company told me my device must just be old- less than 150hrs is old??? Notice my “old” device still have the factory stickers on it!! Minus the front one I literally just pulled for the pics lol 😆.The handheld part has become UNBALANCED and therefore unusable, the company said it was OLD and I would have to BUY ANOTHER ONE?! Why did you sell me an OLD device? What?! NO, I paid good money fix it. They continue to refuse repairs,replacement, refund, return, in fact the ONLY thing they offered was a 30%off for a new one. Why would anyone pay $170.00 TWICE??!Please tell me if I’m just an unlucky buyer this time or have others of you had the same experience, with the device or company? I will feel much better if I’m one of a few rather than the many.

The media could not be loaded. I am in Love Love Love with this drill!!!💘 I watched so many video reviews on youtube about this drill and every single video was absolutely right this is soo amazing! I started off with just a cheap drill and it was quite hard to be steady because of the vibrations it gave me with this one it is soo perfect also the hand peice is soo much smaller and it fits in my hand soo well but I am going to say that the hand piece is a bit heavy but not to much of a bother. The colors are sooo vibrant the video does no justice at all. I am very happy with this piece.. Verry much recommend this drill it is sooo worth the money. Great quality! Oh and just look at those colors!!!!💜💙😍😍

***UPDATE | Purchased Oct 2020, Updated review to 1 star Feb 2022***This was used as a backup machine, which means very little use. Maybe total of an hour runtime for the month. The finish is super scratched up and looking horrible. Also, it's no longer running. Nothing seems loose, never been near water, wasn't abused. Just stopped working. For the price, I don't recommend this.*************************************************Pros: Machine looks pretty, good build quality, charges FAST and battery holds an amazing charge.Cons: Not as quiet as I thought it would be for a brushless motor. It's only slightly quieter than the cheaper $40 machines, and about same as my Kupas.The MOST ANNOYING thing about this and the reason why I wouldn't recommend it is how there's a delay when first turning it on. You have to wait 2-3 seconds before it actually runs. There also doesn't seem to have enough torque. Settings 15 or below, it'll bog down as soon as the drill bit has contact with client's nails. But the startup delay is a deal breaker. I won't be returning as it's a backup machine, but if you're planning on using it as a primary please be aware of that dreadful delay.

I've had this efile now for about 2 years. I typically use it with hard gel. It is definitely not cheap, but I do think I would re-purchase rather than buying a professional efile at this point. I am not a professional and only use it on myself, and sometimes friends. I do fills about 1x per month. For personal use, it holds charge forever. I think I've only charged it about 4 times. I bought different bits to use with it, but the efile itself is smooth, quiet, the hand piece is slender, has a nice weight to it, and easy to hold. It is very nice switching between my right and left hand. It does not seem to bog down when I'm removing my nails.

Been a pro Nail Tech for over 40 years. Have used many efiles... this is a nice machine for the money. I like the screen. It shows when your battery is fully charged, and shows what position your in: forward or reverse. And of course shows the RPM's your using. Its quiet as heck. And while I'm use to pop in, pop out bit changing... changing the bits on this efile is super easy and self explanatory.My only REAL problem with it is, it will fall over if you're not paying attention to the cord distance. Its heavy, sure, and stable while standing. But the slightest pull on the cord and down it goes. Which is not good for the machine, and could also crack the screen. So I have to keep it laid down while using it, until I can figure out a way to prevent it from tipping over when upright. I'm really happy with my purchase... the bits that came with it are cheap and useless. But I didn't buy for the bits, so no worries there. This efile is great for beginners and pros and anyone in between. And comes in the cutest travel case. :)On a professional note... If you are not certified in using an electric file, I strongly recommend you take a one day class. Any efile can cause irreparable damage to nails. Also, efiles should never be used on natural nails, unless you are using a bit that was specifically designed for natural nails. Even then, keep your RPMs at 15000 or less. I give this product a thumbs up.
