Love StitchWomen's Light Linen Simple Maxi Dress (S/M, Merlot/Wine)

I am 5'7, slavic built - 170ish lb on a good day, and D to DD in chest.. I fit in medium sizes on ocasion, but because of my chest size, I usually have to get L or XL... I was worried that M/L wouldn't fit, or will be too snug, but this dress is huge. I had to adjust shoulder strips to the max just to get it off the floor. I can fit about two fists on each side of my chest, and another half of me in the waist, so it is very loose. I wonder if I fit in the smaller size (gasp... S!), and how long that option is.. If you are smaller than me in any of the dimentions I mentioned and another dimention is not complementing the difference (ex: smaller boobs, but taller), you will most likely be stepping on/dragging M/L size without hills.I got it in "Olive." Have never seen olives of this color, but if olive and a blue pine ever had a baby, it would probably match..Fabric has a nice natural breathy feel to it, so it is a good summer dress.

Great dress! I first purchased this dress for spring break. I got so many compliments on it that I knew I wanted another one. Some reviewers thought the pockets made their hips wide. Since I am curvy that worried me a bit. However, not a problem for me. The sizing is a bit strange. You can order a S/M or a M/L. I am 5ft 6 in and weigh 145 pounds. The S/M was perfect. The shade of green is beautiful.

I tried this dress on last year and couldn't get it out of my mind, so I finally bought one for myself. Let me just say, I LIVE in this dress in the summer. Like, when I get home I put it on immediately. Like, every day. It's roomy, forgiving, comfortable, and actually long enough for my 5ft 10in body. The fabric has a natural gauzy texture which I adore, and it doesn't cling to me (does anyone else detest jersey dresses that show every bit of cellulite and underwear?!). I love this dress so much.But...There are two drawbacks that prevent me from wearing this outside in public. One: It's kinda see through in normal indoor lighting. People can see the exact underwear that I'm wearing. So that means that I definitely don't want to wear it out and about in sunlight or standing in front of something bright. Two: After 2 weeks the fabric at the seams down the dress have pulled about half an inch. The vertical threads have pulled away from the seam, so now all that's left is transparent horizontal threads. My guess is it's because I'm mostly lounging in it, so sitting causes a bit of stress on the back and side seams. Because I'm not able to wear this out in public I've given it 3 stars, which is really a shame because I'd have this dress in every single color, but I don't live anywhere near the beach and that's really the only place I'd wear something see through like this out in public, as a cover up.

This dress is exactly what I was hoping for! I have another dress that I bought years ago with the same label, lovestitch. This dress has always been my favorite dress; I have worn it out to parties, around the house, and to the grocery store. Never occurred to me that I could find this label on Amazon but of course I did! Seems anything you need is on Amazon. The dress does run a bit large and yes it is a little long, but I am 5 foot 6 1/2 and for others who are taller than I am it will be the perfect length. With a little jewelry and some cute sandals, you can wear this out at night or if you want, wear it around the house and out and about when it is hot. It is a great dress I absolutely love it.

I love this style of a loose fitting lightweight dress for summer with pockets. Unfortunately, The seam on the back of the dress is not strong and quickly pulls. The crate material does not make it easy for reselling. I have five of these and it’s happened in all of them. Otherwise, I love the style and can dress it up or dress it down with jewelry.

I have this in a different pattern in M, it doesn't say S/M and so I ordered a L and it turned out to be far too large. I didn't realize just how oversized this dress was until I got my engagement pictures back and noticed how much larger it also made me. The photos of the smaller dress do not do this, so I recommend sizing down.

I know I will wear this dress all summer. It’s perfect, and as expected. Not the best quality, but again-as expected per other reviews and the price. I don’t see that it comes in a x small, just small/medium. I am 5’8” 140#, and will have to have the dress altered. Way too big in the shoulders, arm pits and chest. Would be perfect w a lace bralette, but I want to go without. Very long, but I like that.

SOOOOOO comfortable . I ordered M/L fits me perfect . I am 5'5 , 165, Hour glass , 34DDD chest . I had to let the straps all the way down so my chest wasn't smashed . Small little hole in the Left pocket .. Overall beyond Happy I ordered can't wait to wear it to NOLA .
