Best lego Star Wars set!
Best Lego Star Wars set ever! I am happy that this lego set still exist on Amazon. I always wanted this set as a kid, when I first saw this Star Wars lego set on the lego commercial. I want this set so bad. I am happy that I got this lego set for my Christmas gift. The one thing I like about this set is how this lego set is accurate to the Star Wars movie: The Phantom Menace.

Lego Star Wars Trade Federation MTT
This is a great set with plenty of fun to play with. Unlike some other sets, it is also very robust which makes it a good toy even for relatively young kids (compared to some other sets which break appart as soon as one touches them). The Trade Federation MTT has plenty of doors and compartments which is perfect for renewed plays.

2007 MTT vs. 2014 MTT
The media could not be loaded. Today I will compare the pros and cons of two Lego MTTs: The 2007 version (this set) and the 2014 version. At the end, I will share my recommendation of which one to buy. Note: The cost of each item will not affect the review.2007 versionPros:1. Very large, which means it can hold a lot of droids and artillery.2. Comes with 16 B1 battle droids, which, from what I’ve seen, is the most battle droids in one set, plus a pilot droid, two security droids, and a one-of-a-kind droideka, with weapons for all of them. (Except the droideka, which has built-in blasters)3. Comes with a droid speeder, which can fit in the back of the MTT.4. Has a lot of openable armor, and a large compartment on the top for the pilot’s controls.5. You can remove the armor on the back to reveal a little bit of storage for weapons. (I discovered this feature)Cons:1. It cannot shoot.2. A little fragile.3. The side armor on the top revealing the pilot will sometimes come off when opening.2014 versionPros:1. Has more of a modern look than the 2007 version.2. It can shoot spring-loaded darts hidden inside.3. In addition to battle droids, it comes with Jedi, Naboo Guard, and PK-4 droid minifigures.4. Comes with a STAP, which can be put in the back.5. Has a removable control center for the PK-4 droid, which can fit in the back.Cons:1. The battle droid rack can only hold 6 battle droids, which is almost offensive compared to how many came out of one in the movies. (I added a video of it from Star Wars: The Phantom Menace)2. Much smaller than the 2007 version.3. When everything is closed up, it gets all crammed up, leaving no extra storage. In the end, they are both great, but I would prefer the older 2007 version.
