Really helps with that bloated feeling I was having after meals, very gentle, and great taste. Love that they're sugar free too. Please make these gluten free though. I'm gluten sensitive and took a chance, and it's causing my energy to dip quite low (GF sensitivity side effect). Most supplements are GF and sugar free these days because it's so easy to do. Hope you reconsider or make a GF sugar free version some day soon. Everyone should be able to benefit from such a great product.

I have been using this product for years and it has been the best natural enzyme for digestion that I have used. I struggle with indigestion from almost everything because I had a Roux n y gastric bypass in 2022 and I have to use something to get the most nutrients from whatever I eat. I jave tried other Papaya enzymes but these work better for digesting protein which I have to eat more of than anything else. They are a little more expensive than some, but also work so much better.

My friend saved about these. He said he's getting off of his prescription antacid pills. I tried them a few times after eating a spicy Mexican food lunch or dinner. They work about the same as Tums does for me. I'm staying on my prescription antacid medication.

As intended and helpful product!!

I've been taking American Health's original chewable papaya enzyme for the past few years. This plus version is much different in shape, size, and taste. Unfortunately, it doesn't aid my stomach as quickly nor as for long as the original. I'll be switching back.
