The product was delivered on time, packaged adequately (not over-packaged) with all necessary hardware. It installed easily and spun up with no issues. Operating system installed as expected and is functioning perfectly. I expect no issues as the infantile failure point has been and gone. I would by this and from this supplier again.

Installation was as breezy as a summer sunset at Breezy Point (it's the beach, in case you didn't get that one), and it made my old laptop turn into a great backup computer.The Drive is surprisingly fast and friendly to my 6 year old Dell laptop. Love it.

Product did not work
Not too satisfied with this phone. It did not work upon installation. I am not sure if this was more an issue with the hard drive or perhaps the laptop is more damaged than I previously thought
