This has become a must keep in ingredient for me, so much easier to store than cans and you can make just the amount you want with the thickness you want.

Hard to dissolve
Sorry but I'm not sure what it is about this powder but it doesn't fully dissolve like other powders I have used - Leaving small lumps in the liquid not a very fancy look and taste is not as strong thought the smell is great

Good coconut milk powder
Powder turns into milk straight away. Can choose how heavy or light you want the milk by adjusting the number of teaspoons you use. Comes with a good expiry date, plenty of time to finish the bag.Cons. If bag is not sealed after every use, the powder slightly dries, forming lumps in the hot water. It still works but takes longer to fully blend.
